Fantastic experience: Have only came for the one tattoo so far but will totally be back for more. I had Tony. He had a special he had posted about on facebook and in perfrct timing when my other artist cancelled on me. I really need something that day and was having a rough week. This was the perfect thing to turn my mood around. He did phenomenal and paid attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted and made sure. He asked lots of questions and was precise and intentional. I can't wait to go back for more

Fantastic experience: This easily was the best experience I’ve ever had. From the first phone call to the moment I arrived at the door. Mr. Cat completed my naval piercing and walked me through the process. The quality of the jewelry is the best especially for someone like me with sensitive skin. Fantastic experience: I went to see Mr. Cat (as named in his detailed cleaning instructions that were conveniently airdropped to my phone) yesterday for my nose piercing and the experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I called around 2PM and he said he could put me down for a 4PM appointment. He did have an emergency at home that he needed to tend to that came up before my appointment but he made sure to call me, reschedule for 5PM and saw me immediately when he arrived. He walked me through the process, helped me choose my jewelry, made sure all of his instruments and area were properly sanitized and then BOOM piercing was over. He chose the perfect placement as I said I wanted to switch between studs and hoops and made sure to double down on my aftercare once the piercing was over. If you’re looking for a down-to-earth, welcoming and efficient place to get a piercing I definitely recommend this location. It’s only been a day and the piercing was so cleanly done it feels like it’s already healed! I will obviously keep up with aftercare but the lack of irritation and redness after just one day bodes very well for piercings as I have had some nasty ones from other shops in the past. Ps. Don’t mind any redness you may notice in THIS picture as I literally JUST cleaned it and moving it to clean it obviously made it a little red.

My cover-up and hand tattoo came out perfect, and I’m so excited for my second session. We’re already planning another piece in a different area. Fantastic experience: Mr Cat made my first time getting a professional piercing truly amazing. He has a fun, bubbly personality and made me feel extremely comfortable. He walked me through aftercare instructions and gave me insight on the piercing itself (facial dermal) before getting it done which is something I find important; It shows a piercer who actually cares and one who isn’t just trying to make a quick buck off you. The piercing itself was quick and painless and I left feeling like a movie-star. Mr Cat is not only a professional but a wonderful man and I would recommend his services to anybody in need of a piercing.

Fantastic experience: The price of the jewelry blew my mind to how affordable it was, I had walked with 300, since I expected it to be 150 like other places, but for a new jewelry it was only 60! I got a belly button piercing, just yesterday. Mr. cat is a lovely gentleman and easy to approach. He works within your budget. The process was quick and you only feel a little pinch. He showed and thoroughly described how to care for the belly button piercing in the healing process. And answered all my questions and concerns. Fantastic experience: I've gone here three times to get various services done. My first visit was in February, I got a tattoo on my wrist and it healed perfectly. It was a scheduled appointment and it had cost $100, it is small. My second visit was in April and I called ahead to schedule an appointment and was told to just walk in. I got my navel pierced and Mr. Cat was very friendly, it barely hurt and I didn't even realize it happened. By following the aftercare instructions I was given, it healed perfectly. It cost $50. Then today (9/8), I came in again looking to get my upper earlobe pierced on both sides. This time I just walked in. He was very friendly and animated once again. We chatted throughout the piercing which definitely made it a lot easier! For both piercings I paid $100. They do tattoo and pierce minors with parental permission. ID is required for both the kid and the parent. If the last names don't match then they ask for proof of being the parent. I will definitely come back for any future piercings and tattoos.

Fantastic experience: My pregnant wife got wasn’t able to get her belly button ring off. We tried everything short of pliers at home. I called the shop and he said come down, I’ll take care of it. Well we get there and sure enough, the belly button ring was stuck on there like it was welded shut. The owner demonstrated a very clean technique. Gloves, sterile tools, and cleaned/prepped the area perfectly. The belly button ring was stubborn but he got it off!! Highly recommended and very much appreciated for the work he did. Thanks guys for your great work today and for being gentle with my pregnant wife.

Fantastic experience: I've wanted to get my septum and nose pierced for a long time but I always struggled with needles. Mr cat did a fantastic job distracting me from my usual spiral to panic. So much so that by the time the piercings came i didnt even think about it. It's rare to find someone is able to read the room and even rarer when they can diffuse it. 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: I was very excited to finally be getting two cartilage piercings. I already have a rook, my nostril pierced, a couple of lobe piercings, and I used to have my eyebrow pierced. My pain tolerance seems to be pretty high; the other piercings did not really hurt, except for my nose. This is definitely my best experience ever while getting pierced. Mr Cat Man pierced my ears, and he sure knows what he is doing. He was charming, yet professional, and we talked the whole time. I had my forward helix pierced, as well as my conch. He was very clear about the importance of after care, and was thorough in his preparation for the piercings. The forward helix was a like a two second pinch—not bad at all, and over very quickly. With my conch, I had no pain whatsoever; I did not even know he had pierced me! I thought he was still looking for the right spot to pierce, lol. I got up to look in the mirror, and then turned to him and asked he was going to pierce me. He said he already had. No pain at all—not even a prick. Also, the jewelry is so pretty, and he made them match each other in color. It was a great experience, and for my next tattoo, I am going to see Mr cat Man. So, I really recommend his tattoo studio.

I came to Lucky 7 Tattoo because I saw great reviews. I'm glad I can give my own. The shop was clean & Mr. Cat was animated & friendly. He recommended piercings better suited for my ear anatomy & informed me on the likely healing times. During service he distracted me with his humor & checked in with me throughout the whole process. He gave me a display of the aftercare process & sent me a visual document as well. I made a mistake & caused one of my piercings to become infected. Mr. Cat had me come down for a dedicated appointment, examined me & took great care to get me back on track. I highly recommend this shop if you want a piercer who cares, gives you a swift kick in the butt when you're negligent but who'll support you through the healing process. I'm greatly pleased & will go back again!

Negative experience: Save your time, money and pain. Do not come here. The jewelry is overpriced and looks like it came from Claire’s. I got my nose pierced here and it was pierced at an angle, which caused problems. Three different professional piercers looked at it and all said no real professional would have done it that way. Fantastic experience: I've been thinking about getting the second hole in one earlobe re-pierced for a while, and finally bit the bullet and walked over to Lucky 7. Mr. Cat was friendly, charming, and helped me choose a lovely pair of studs. The piercing was basically pain free, and the re-done hole lines up well with the one that was still open on the other side. Both the jewelry and the piercing are reasonably priced, and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I’m going to be honest I wasn’t going to review this place but after months of trying to heal my helix piercing, and following after care instructions nothing worked. So, I decided to change it to a different jewelry and when I went into another shop they told me the quality of the earring was not only cheap but not good for my helix. I was disappointed because I’ve had numerous piercings and this was the only one I got at the Lucky 7 and it was a total disaster to heal. When I first got my helix pierced the experience was good, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars since the piercer was nice and pleasant. However, he never offered to show me different styles jewelry unlike other shops. He just got a stud and told me it would look nice in my ear and that’s it. I wish he would have offer higher quality pieces because I would not have mind paying a little more to have better results. Overall, not happy with the outcome as it was frustrating to deal with the helix piercing but I will say customer service was not bad.

Fantastic experience: I went to get a piercing on the other side of my nose. I originally had a piercing on the left side but I got a keloid on the inside of my nostril and was told I could not have a piercing done. Mr Cat looked at me and looked at my nose and said I can do it and I said but they told me it couldn't be done and he said I can do it. Not only did he do it but he went in the back and custom made a piece to go through the keloid with extra width because of the keloid. He was so nice and accommodating. I would recommend him to anyone

Fantastic experience: So helpful and kind!! I came in to buy a new piece of jewelry for my belly button piercing because I lost the top part of mine. This shop was the only one around that answered my call and told me to come right in for new jewelry. I’m so glad I did because when I arrived, Mr. Cat saw that I only needed the top piece of the jewelry and offered me a new top ball that fit with my current jewelry for free. Fantastic experience: A safe place :) I went to Lucky 7 to add three new ear piercings to match my other ear. Mr.Cat was very friendly and lined up the piercings with perfect symmetry! Directly after these piercings I got pretty dizzy and almost lost consciousness. It was not the shops fault at all as i'm learning it's my own blood sugar issue, but Mr.Cat was very helpful in grabbing me cold water and helping me outside to get some fresh air. He waited outside with me until I felt well enough to leave, which as a young woman was extra appreciated!!! I am very happy with my piercings and I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I came here for a long awaited navel piercing and I have no regrets at all, it was good vibes and straight laughter. Everything was clean and my piercing was super affordable and came out so beautiful! 10/10 recommend. The whole process start to finish was smooth and no longer than 10-20 minutes. Fantastic experience: Super laid back shop, Cat helped me out with an issue I was having with my nose ring and I left very pleased with my new jewelry! My new piece fits my style much better and now I love it way more than before!

Negative experience: I went to get a nose piercing the day before my birthday and the piercer named Cat (an older black man) looks at my nose and says “dang you got a big nose I'm going to have to charge to extra”. I guess he thought he was being funny. First, that was very unprofessional and secondly as an older man that is no way to speak to a young woman. Needless to say I left I will never give my money to a business that devalues me. As I read the reviews I see other women have a a great experience with their nose piercing but yet you saw fit to embarrass me. I intentionally looked for a black owned business to invest in and the owner chooses to humiliate me. Response: Initially we met outside (me, my child and his father) and you did a quick consult looked at my nose and said the belittling comment; at no point did I need an accommodation for my child to be in your shop; you said nothing about it so we went inside. (Had I known it would have been no issue for them to wait in the car). Bottom line Cat you are WRONG for the comment you made and all I was doing was addressing it on the proper channel being that you didn’t respond to my text message. As a business owner your “joke” was rude and unprofessional. THAT was the issue not my child not the fact that I sought out a black owned business and not my moral charter as you stated. It was You and your belittling comment; and continuing to attempt to belittle me will not change the fact that you were wrong for what you said.

Fantastic experience: decided today was the day to finally get my nose pierced, called this studio to ask if they do walk ins (they did) showed up and DO NOT REGRET it! Mr Cat was able to get me in real quick and had me out under 10 mins feeling awesome!! made me feel comfortable during my whole piercing experience. i left with the biggest smile on my face! best decision coming here!!

Negative experience: I have over 200 hours of tattoos on me from some of the best studios across the country and when I called to ask 2 simple questions (regarding a piercing) I got the rudest most non-responsive human possible. I’ll spare the context and also understand where they’re coming from regarding the issue I was asking about, but their immediate, dismissive response is part of a dying characteristic of old school tattoo stigmas. Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten 3 piercings done with Mr. Cat and he was amazing! He makes you feel very comfortable and walks you through each step. He also was very patient with me and took his time with each piercing. The after care instructions were easy to follow. The studio is very clean and filled with friendly and professional staff.

Fantastic experience: Okay so I got my piercing done with them yesterday! The shop was clean, had amazing jewelry To purchase & I was welcomed by Kat who was super friendly, helpful , professional and was also the piercer for the shop. He did amazing job with my piercing, quick, easy, painless and he’s very thorough about making sure you know how to keep your piercing clean and healthy! I’ll be back for sure! :)

Fantastic experience: i rly love this place i got my snake bite repierced and put in the spot i actually wanted and also got my labret bar changed to a shorter one. Mr.cat was extremely nice and generous with me and only charged me $32 to help me out and take out my wrongly placed snake bite and repierce it in the spot i wanted the costumer service was great. i will be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: I had 7 piercings done in one day. 6 were re pierce for my ears and my newest was the sternum. Im in love with all of them!!! With that, there is some anxiety. I have to say, Mr. Cat was so patient and gentle with me. This was an amazing experience. I can't wait to get more piercings.
