Fantastic experience: 5/5 ! He was very nice and service was quick and inexpensive! I paid $50 for both nips to be pierced and his technique was perfect. It is CASH ONLY but there’s an atm located inside for a $2.75 fee.

Negative experience: Do not come to the shop. It’s the worst shot to ever get a piercing. I came from my back surface piercing and he put a small top peace on a medium bar and screwed the extra try to make it fit and now my piercing won’t unscrew

Fantastic experience: We took our daughter here to get her nose pierced about a week ago && Joe did a great job! He knew what he was doing && is very knowledgeable! She told him what side of her nose she wanted pierced and he took care of the rest. His placement is impressive and perfect, seemed natural for him. My daughter and I are very happy with choosing to go here! They are cash only and very reasonably priced. The entire thing from start to finish probably took 15-20 minutes tops and we were the only people/family in there so we didn’t have to wait! We will definitely be back in a few months when she can change her stud for new jewelry. Side note: They have a huge selection of body jewelry that is super affordable! I love coming here for my nose rings && belly button jewelry. It’s the only place I get my jewelry for my piercings and I’ve been coming here for years!

Fantastic experience: I got my piercings done a few years ago, he was excellent! I recently had to take them out for a medical procedure and they partially closed! Came in again, he was honest and walked me through the whole process! He was gentle and amazing! Thank you! Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Negative experience: Got my conch and tragus pierced last summer. I didn’t know what jewelry would be best so I told them whatever they thought would be best. I got curved barbells in both. I didn’t notice as my ear was swollen. I cleaned them and cleaned them for months. Not my first piercing by far I have body piercings and many ear piercings and have stretched my ears. It wouldn’t heal and i developed my first ever keloid on a piercing (conch) I took out the conch after looking into it and let my ear heal. Currently trying to salvage the tragus piercing without much luck. Staff was friendly enough but clearly lacked the education for their job

Negative experience: My friends and I decided to go get an ear piercing so we stopped into Tattoo Cafe as I have previously been before. The protocol was the same as usual, give your ID and then write down what you are getting done. We then proceeded to go into the room where we then convinced my friend to go first in which she asked for a conch piercing. She got up after and looked in the mirror to realize that he instead pierced her daith. (How do you get that mixed up…) She then said something about it and he showed zero emotion except for putting his hand over his mouth and had her get back in the chair and proceeded to pierce her conch without taking out the one he messed up on . After everything he still ended up making her pay.

Fantastic experience: They did amazing job they did my snake eyes and made it a quick easy process for me I highly recommend this place if your looking forward to getting a piercing

Negative experience: Got my back dermals from the piercer there and they kept falling out and clearly wasn’t pierced properly. Fell out within a week & when i called to inquire about it getting put back in they tried to give me a hard time and wanted to charge me for itafter I just was there a week ago like??? Why am i being charged for y’all to put it back in when it clearly wasn’t done right. I went and they didn’t charge me but it fell out again & i left this piercing shop alone!! i let it heal for maybe 4-6 months before i went to true art tattoos on Lorain ave and they did it properly!! My back dermals are in & fully healed no potholes. Go there instead of here for back dermals

Negative experience: Got my nips dune here. Left nips is at the surface of the skin.... can't get them done a 3rd time too much scar tissue.

Fantastic experience: Words can not describe how grateful I am that I found victoria. She did such an amazing job of recreating my son's first signature. This is one of my favorite tattoos. The meaning behind it can't be described in words, just feeling my husband and I are so grateful for her amazing job

Fantastic experience: Wonderful caring staff! The man, Joey, who did my piercing was quite educated and extremely knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to about any concerns. The female who worked the front desk was really a very kind soul. I will never recommend another tattoo/piercing shop. They WON me over for LIFE!!

Fantastic experience: I read so many awesome reviews about the piercer, Joe before I chose to go here for my daith piercing. I went in today to get it done and i must conquer that he is awesome! I was a little nervous when I got there, but he was calm, reassuring and very friendly. I was most impressed by the work station where he does the piercings. Everything is sterile and he is very clean about how he does the procedure. He is definitely very experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled. He also has great customer service. I was so comfortable and pleased with his work that I will be bringing my daughter back to him when its time for her to get pierced and i would recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: Never again. If I could give them a 0. I went and a snake eyes tongue piercing done. He clearly pierced it crook it. I called 2 days late because it was Sunday the following day and they was closed. Then it was Memorial Day also closed. He told me I could get it fixed. I came back in he acting like he ain’t pierce it crook it and tryna say it’s from swelling. But when he first pierced it I was crook it. Won’t give you yo money back or do a different piercing. Don’t go here they trying get over.

Fantastic experience: i would like to say the piercer JOE was very helpful today and i appreciate him letting me come so last minute to get a piercing, today i went to another shop in akron where i am from, and my piercing was done the wrong way to where it hurt, so i desperately called about 7 shops to get in to get help because that’s how uncomfortable i was i had no luck because most were closing or already closed…., i stumbled across Tatto Cafe , called & explained my situation and i was directed i could come by even tho the was already last minute and i got there 15 min before the shop closed, Second shout out to Joe, the one who saved my piercing and explained what was done wrong by the first shop i went to today. He literally saved my life and my piercing looks WAYYY better and no pain! and another thing, the piercing was a great price, and he handled with care. i really appreciate it! i will be returning

Fantastic experience: Got my septum pierced about a month ago. It has been healing perfectly!! Joe definitely knew what he was doing and it took him no time to find my sweet spot (the area the septum should be pierced). Thanks a bunch Joe, will definitely be coming back soon!!

Fantastic experience: My friends and I got a few piercings here, and had a great experience. The piercer was lovely, very skilled, and made sure we were comfortable. Their rates are also incredibly reasonable--my daith was 30, and I think they do discounts on double piercings. Definitely coming back! Like others have said, they're cash only but do have an ATM.

Negative experience: I just seen my sisters belly button when she just came back from joe doing her belly button piercing and he hit a vane so know her stomach is turning blue and I don’t know what to do to help it

Fantastic experience: Got a belly button piercing and had some Issues and needed a longer bar and they gave me a new longer for free! Also got a coverup tattoo as a walk in and it came out amazing!

Fantastic experience: It was super quick and not painful! Was really efficient given that I was there 30 mins before close which I really appreciated since some places won't even do the same! Will definitely go again for more piercings and a possible new tattoo :)

Fantastic experience: Tattoo Cafe is a great place to go for piercings and tattoos.... The vibe is great and the artist and piecers are great. I went here a few years back for my nipple to be re pierced and they did a great job. So of course when two of my teens wanted their nostrils pierced I went back. Joe pierced both nostrils on my daughter ( one hoop & one stud ) and one on my son. He did great got the vibe chill to get their minds off it to relax them while joking and chatting with them one of my daughters friends and my husband & myself. I HIGHLY recommend him for any piercings he is awesome and funny . The tattoo artist here are great also, I haven't gotten any ink yet there but I'm planning too and I've seen the work done by a few and it's good work. Five stars all around and the people there are amazing. Thanks Tattoo Cafe for being a great place to get good art and piercings done.

I got my snakebites done earlier and he was amazing, my experience was so good and very quick and painless. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, fast service, but aftercare information is incredibly lax (only told me to wash with Dial handsoap) and the jewelry is incredibly low quality. i haven't taken my tragus barbell out in over a year because the external threading was so irritating.

Negative experience: My tragus was pierced with a curved barbell which should NEVER be used. My friend’s helix was pierced with the jewelry itself and had butterfly backs which, again, should not be done. I had high hopes from the reviews but I’m very disappointed I wasted my money.

Fantastic experience: I went yesterday and I was actually pleasantly surprised by how the service was. I did have to wait for 20 minutes before I was taken back but I later found out it was because the client in front of me had a very complex piercing request. My piercer was super nice and talked to me the entire time.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. Our piercer (i believe his name is Joe) pierced my second ear and then my less than 1 year old girl daughter. He was extremely calm and our overall experience was wonderful. I also Got another piercing and it was the second time I’ve had the same piercing. Take my word for it. It was painless in comparison to my first time. He was EXCELLENT in piercing and i HIGHLY recommend. They may be busy but they take people in order. Also, cash only!

Negative experience: My children recommended this place to me, but of the four employees I saw, one made brief eye contact with me, and two never looked up from their phones. Only one was actively serving another customer. I got my first tattoo elsewhere.

Negative experience: Just rude. I called in advance before showing up to the shop to get an industrial piercing, asking for the price and asking if they would be busy. They said they were not too busy so I stopped by the shop. Many MANY of my friends had recommended this place and said so much good stuff abt it but I had the WORST experience there that I’ve had at any piercing shop. I wasn’t greeted. Instead stared at by the employees. They were both doing tattoos and I asked how long the wait would be, the owner said “whenever I’m done” in a snappy, rude manner. Then an entire family walked in and walked past me and THEY were taken for their piercings before me. I tried talking to the owner again but he ignored me and I just walked out. They are shockingly understaffed, the place is huge but they had 2 people there. I’m NOT going back and despite the good things my friends had said I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Instead I went to body revolution tattoo and they were so sweet. They gave me all the info on aftercare and the piercing was quick and almost painless. The piercer was the nicest I’ve ever met.

Positive experience: Decent place long wait the place is far from sanitized they have broke down motorcycles in the tattoo shop the artist shouldn't be tattooing anymore but they did eventually come help us after 15 minutes of just standing there so I would recommend this place if your not in a hurry and you dont mind waiting and you don't mind it being dirty I wouldn't get tattooed here but ive also never seen their tattoo work

Fantastic experience: Very professional clean and friendly. Fixed my previous piercings i had gotten done somewhr else. They have huge selection of jewelry pricing is good and privacy if needed like in my case for my vch piercing. Very satisfied with my service. This establishment is cash only. They do however have an atm, so you don't have to leave. Will definitely be going back in the near future. Attached is a pic of the industrial bar and rook jewelry i purchased there (they're metallic ️‍ colored. Unable to add pics of the intimate piercings. Just know they were done very well.
