Fantastic experience: I absolutely love my tattoo artist, Natasha!! She is patient and thorough. Her work is precise and always exactly what I want!!

Fantastic experience: Ethan did an incredible cover-up on my 10-year-old watercolor panda, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the result. The original piece had faded over time, but he completely transformed it while still respecting the original concept. The color saturation is unreal, the detail is sharper, and the contrast gives it so much more depth and dimension. He kept that watercolor feel I loved, but elevated it in every possible way. It honestly looks better than the original ever did. Cover-ups require vision and serious technical skill, and Ethan absolutely delivered on both. I would 100% trust him with my skin again and highly recommend him to anyone considering new work or a cover-up.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking to get a tattoo I highly recommend this place. I was tattooed by Natasha and she was awesome!! She was able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon and saved the day. I spent years with an unfavorable tattoo and now I have something I can be proud of. I will be returning very soon for more ink! Also, I was able to watch the other tattoo artists create artwork for other individuals there. It is very clear how passionate this studio is when it comes to body art. Great experience 10/10.

Negative experience: Horrible place to get a tattoo, was quoted a ballpark of $300 a piece and when we got there they told us $500 for some outline work of a flame tattoo on my forearm! I was explaining how I have other big pieces of art work that didn’t cost anywhere near that from atomic lotus downtown, I’d get if it were intensive shading and line work but this is all sketch up and tracing this isn’t my first tattoo then they tell us the deposit is non refundable so there goes $100 that I wasn’t aware of being non refundable! The “Mentor” was very rude as I was explaining where my other artwork was from saying “Why are you even here then”

He recently did a large black and gray piece on my thigh and butt cheek, and the results are nothing short of incredible. The detail, shading, and overall artistry completely blew me away. It’s clear he puts serious passion and precision into his work—every line is clean, every gradient smooth, and the composition flows perfectly with the shape of my body. From the consultation to the final session, he was professional, chill, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time (which isn’t easy when you’re working on sensitive areas like that!). Fantastic experience: Creative Tattoo is as good as it gets for custom tattoo work. Zach Perez absolutely killed it on my recent torso tattoos. I have been getting tattoos for over 20 years now with multiple custom designs. I wish I would have found Zach Perez years ago. His creative design, attention to detail, and passion for tattooing are all reflected in his work. In addition, the whole Creative Tattoo team is friendly and professional. Negative experience: I had asked for appointment. It was set with Zack and sent a pic . He said he didn’t do those kinds and I explained I just wanted color not halogenic. That o just put colors in it. I called several times and the lady said he would call back. I text him several times asking if he would do just regular color but he never cared to text back. Very unprofessional. Would never trust them now. Pictures look good on web but I guess must not be theirs or his if he can’t do regular color? Maybe that’s why he didn’t answer me?? But could have still said I understand u don’t want halogenic and want color but don’t want to do it. Anyway not good. If he can’t communicate that’s not good business. Sorry guys!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Zach Perez (@zachperezart on IG) at Creative Tattoos for a good sized arm piece over multiple days, and I’m absolutely blown away by the entire experience. The shop is super clean, comfortable, and well laid out, and the quality of Zach’s art simply cannot be overstated. I’ve never worked with anyone on his level. I’ll update this review with photos later in the month when it’s complete.

Very clean and the artists were very cool. Spoke with a young lady named Natasha and she was filling me in on the aspects of the business. Fantastic experience: I had to leave a review because my husband could not stop talking about his experience at Creative Tattoo. So far he's spent two days in the shop with Zach and he is beyond impressed. I've never heard him talk up a tattoo artist or shop as much as he did with this experience (he's been to a couple of other shops). I've heard all about how clean and professional the shop is, how impressive the artwork is (I've shown the tattoo work to several people who all have said they've never seen such amazing cover work, but you can see that for yourself on their Instagram account). Also, the culture of the shop sounds amazing and everyone sounds incredibly friendly. I spoke with Melanie a few months before his appointment, and the consultation process was extremely professional and thorough. We had fun discussing ideas for his cover-up and felt completely confident to move forward. Most importantly though, is the amount of care they pour into their clients. If all you want is a tattoo, you can go anywhere (but should go here). If you want an experience in a shop that values each individual client, their experience, and the artwork all while being surrounded by an amazing culture, then you have to give Creative Tattoo a shot.

Fantastic experience: I give this shop 5 stars and Zach Perez a million stars! I initally went to this shop because Zach wanted creative freedom of the tattoo. In the past Id sketch a quick design and the artist would draw the same thing just alittle better and it was good enough. Well, I wanted a full sleeve and wanted it to be amazing. The first session he sketched it up and I wasnt in love with the design. Wasnt a problem at all for him to tweak it. He didnt make any snide comments or make me feel like I was a burden either. He took the time and worked with me and we go it to my loving then we proceeded . The second session we had a miscommunication and the bear of the tattoo was more of a teddy bear and not exactly what i wanted, so once we got an understanding of what i wanted, he fixed it. Zach was patient with me every step of the way and very accomidating of my back pain. I swear i had to move every 20 seconds and he patiently waited while i got comfortable then would get right back to it. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, they offered beverages, and I even lost my debit card so he helped me get lunch. He went above and beyond! You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. This is great for me because I got a JAW DROPPING tattoo and an amazing experience! Side note, a side affect of great tattoos is more people will stop and talk to you! I recommend Zach Perez to anyone and everyone who will listen! Looking forward to round 3+.

From the design process, to how unbelievably clean the shop was, all the way to how feathery light Zach was with his ink application.. my last tattoo I got was horrible and I didn’t get one for almost 20 years because of that. After meeting Zach, I’ve now done 6 sessions and I don’t want to stop! He listened to what the meaning behind what I wanted my tattoos to signify and he absolutely CRUSHED IT. Fantastic experience: I went to Tariq and it was the best hours I’ve spent getting a tattoo. Getting the art work was pleasurable but just sitting there and conversing with him was awesome. He actually came up with these ideas too. I had no idea what I wanted. I just gave him some description what I was going for and he came up with these masterpieces. The atmosphere in the shop is very relaxing and just a cool place to hangout. My dad owns midtown barber shop and it’s exactly like a barber shop atmosphere. All the other workers are down to earth people and have some amazing artwork that comes along with them. Overall the best tattoo shop I’ve been to and if you’re looking for one this is the place to go.

This is now the 4th piece I've had done by him and it's been stellar every time. Attention to detail, care about your comfort, cleanliness. It's all there and at its best! Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience at Creative Tattoos. My artist was Tariq (@tariq.hasan.z on instagram), and he did amazing detail and line work on my tattoo. He was able to capture exactly what i wanted. This is my 5th tattoo, so I knew what to expect in terms of pain, but throughout the 4 hours he was very conversational, which is definitely needed when you're sitting there just getting stabbed. The place was clean and very worth the money. When he said he wanted to do white highlights to finish, he put on a numbing spray to help prevent any pain or swelling from the spots he had already gone over. Definitely helped a bit on some of the tender spots as well since I couldn't even feel it at that point. I definitely recommend anyone (tattoo virgins to veterans) to come here. Even if you don't see Tariq, all the artists are amazing.

His art exceeded expectations, he's very kind (the sunflower was my first tattoo, and I was nervous), and his prices are very reasonable. I recommended him to two other friends when they wanted tattoos and they loved how theirs came out too.

Fantastic experience: This is the most laid back and cool/comfortable shop I've ever been to. Working with Tariq he made me feel like whatever I needed was most important in order to leave there with a piece that I'm truly proud of. The piece he did was mostly his idea based off of things I told him about my life and what I wanted to incorporate within the tattoo. He did an amazing job and I can't wait to continue building with such an amazing artist✊ also ended up getting my nose pierced while I was there which was also am awesome experience.

Fantastic experience: This shop is a top tier studio! I usually collaborate on tattoo ideas with Tariq in the shop but I’ve seen impressive work from all artist in the studio!! Definitely 10/10 experience in ink therapy with a group of professionals willing to help your ideas come to life! If you not getting tatted here, you’re losing!!

Fantastic experience: Tariq ! Hands down!! He has done a majority of my artwork thus far. Not only is he super laid back, but his talent and skill is absolutely amazing. The time and effort he puts into your design and ideas is unmatched with any other artist I’ve used in the past. Also his manner while you’re being worked on is stellar, he always checks in for breaks and to make sure you’re as comfortable as you can be. Even though he’s a longer drive away from where I live he’s totally worth the drive!

Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo at this shop and I had an awesome time! My tattoo was done by Tariq Hasan and he was a super chill dude and insanely talented! The people in there are artists and they are super invested in the work they do. I got the tattoo with my brother before he went back to the Marines, and Tariq did an amazing job designing it and making it original! I can’t wait to get my next one!!

Fantastic experience: Zach Perez is a very polite and profesional artist. It has been over 20 yrs since i have gotten a tattoo in OK (back when it was all underground). After sending an email request, not knowing the processes, i visited the studio. Zach was with a customer about to start some work, so i was welcomed by another associate whom told me Zach was busy and they would return my email. After Zach heard the conversation, he came over and spoke with me directly about the process and asked a little about what i was wanting to get done. He was very polite and let me know that i would get a return email that would be even more specific. I appreciate that he was professional and understanding about my lack of knowledge on everything. I have not set up my appt with him Yet but have told him he will be the 1st to put ink on me after all these yrs. Thank you Zach
