Fantastic experience: Went in with my mom and sister to get semi spur of the moment tattoos to commemorate our girls trip. All the artists were very nice and funny. the shop was clean and they were very well educated on their craft. Sent us way with extra Sandiderm just in case. Matt was great and very patient when I asked to move the stencil. 10/10 would absolutely come back next time im in the area.

Fantastic experience: Paul D started as an intern and has grown so much as an artist! If you want a pokemon or gamer design he is your guy! Everyone working there has super unique specialities and really work together to make sure the customer is always happy! Jeff (dearjeffrey) has a super unique style of tatting that makes the needle almost feel like nothing and is wonderful with black and white. The place also offers free touchups on any design they do! I recommend this shop to everyone and anyone! Prices usually start at $100 so make sure to save but it's always worth it.

Fantastic experience: We went to autumn moon as a group of four to get flash tattoos to commemorate our girls trip, the staff was not only helpful, they were incredibly friendly and they did a wonderful job. My only issue would be the wait time, but as a walk-in tattoo shop, that is something that comes with a territory. Absolutely worth it, such a wonderful experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Came here for the Friday the 13th flash tattoo deal. Very friendly group of people and shop felt welcoming. They were kind enough to let me get a custom tattoo with Amerie. My tattoo came out perfectly. They also offer 1 free touch up for the flash tattoos. Also the music kept me singing along. I definitely plan on coming back for a non-flash tattoo.

Fantastic experience: Really easy going artists, made me feel comfortable the whole time and overall very warm and welcoming environment. Sherry was my artist and even before meeting her communicating over text, she was super friendly and easy to work with. My boyfriend ended up getting a tattoo done while waiting for me from Matt and prices were very fair. I got my piece on my sternum and it was a very sensitive area but Sherry was very light-handed so it didn’t hurt more than it was expected to. She was very patient working with me as we went back and forth with design and pricing until I was happy. Glad I stumbled upon this place on Yelp and have a new tattoo spot that my boyfriend and I will definitely be going back to.

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience!! I reached out to Jourdan via their website intake form and got a very prompt response. I texted her my ideas and she made sure the day of that it was exactly what I wanted, she was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing and why, which is awesome! She helped me think through future ideas to make sure this one would go with any future tattoos I would want. Jourdan has such a bright and fun personality, she made me feel so comfortable and understood how important this tattoo is for me! We had called into Autumn Moon Tattoos and were pleasantly surprised with a great customer service over the phone and the politeness and urgency to get us taken care of when we arrived. These guys are the real deal, a true walk-in shop, Perfect for someone like me, who is just in town for a few days. My artist Jessy, had already cranked out three awesome pieces that day and got started on me around 5pm. Jessy’s process for transforming my ideas and screenshots from dozens of references into a truly original and beautiful tattoo, was nothing short of impressive. Jessy first and foremost understood how important the piece was to me. He took the extra time to get the design perfect. His layout process was so efficient and got to the heart of my design quickly and effectively. All in all Jessy worked on me until like 1am. I’m truly grateful. What a pro. I also have to shoutout Matt in the shop. He helped out Jessy all night and made the process so smooth. An apprentice in the shop with some amazing art of his own. He did his first face tat on a walk-in while I was there. Super rad. Matt made sure I was comfortable. Gave me cool towels and candy when I needed it. He even went out and grabbed midnight burritos for the three of us. Truly thoughtful. I’ve honestly never felt so pampered in my life. No joke. I’ve been to the spa , paid for massages , facials -whatever don’t judge. And NO ONE took care of me better than these boys at Autumn Moon. Jessy worked fast and clean. Some numbing spray, during saturation passes, reduced the tattooing sensation to a dull buzz. It felt like nothing. Honestly could’ve napped , but the conversation was too good. I felt completely comfortable and at ease. I could be myself-zero judgement. Talk ranged from funny to deep, from family woes to streetfighter. I really vibed with these guys. They are real people doing good work. My only complaint is Jessy didn’t charge enough. I had to give him a bigger tip, prices are very fair and the quality is outstanding. I’ll attach a pic , see for yourself. Thank you Jessy, Matt and Autumn Moon, for such a positive experience. I’ll be back.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best tattoo shop in the Santa Ana/ Anaheim area! They were amazing from the moment I called to ask if they had walk ins, to the moment my tattoo was completed. We had Jeff as our artist, I came in with poorly drawn ideas of what we wanted and he made them absolutely GORGEOUS! He's very light handed and was the absolutely the least painful tattoos I've ever gotten, it was actually therapeutic. (So if you're getting your first tattoo like my hubhy or have a low pain tolerance, he would be your guy) They're even family friendly as we were able to bring our baby along with us. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop and highly recommend Jeff. I would absolutely return in a heartbeat for future artwork! Thank you guys!

She was very communicative through her IG answering all my questions and getting me in for a time that worked for me. Everyone at the shop was also very kind and welcoming shop definitely had a vibe like they were happy you were there. Been to other shops in the past where you walk in and they treat you like you’re bothering them at their house. Definitely not the case at Autumn Moon and I can’t wait to go back for another tattoo with them hopefully soon!

Fantastic experience: I was on a trip with some friends, visiting Disneyland and we decided we wanted to get tattoos. I called Autumn Moon in the morning and by the evening received a call from Johnny. Everyone in the shop was kind and welcoming. I love my tattoo and getting it from a place where people truly love what they do and are kind and open to ideas made it that much better. Johnny really took his time to understand what I wanted and to place it perfectly. I would definitely book with them the next time that I’m in that area.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I went in for a walk-in tattoo and had the best experience! Paul was our artist and was patient, quick, and professional. It was a very friendly atmosphere so I will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Branden, he was able to fit me in for an appointment on my short weekend in the area. I told him my idea and he came up with a beautiful tattoo design. You can tell he really cares about what he does, and he is great to have a conversation with during the tattoo!

Fantastic experience: If I could give a higher rating I would. My artist was Johnny and I chose a design of his own creation. His art translated beautifully from paper to flesh and I couldn't be happier with the result. A true talent. Johnny provided one of the best experiences I've had thus far, and I've been getting tattoos since 2007, it's pretty rare to find a shop full of kind hearted artists who aren't egotistical elitists. They all seem to be genuinely compassionate, kind hearted human beings, which is a massive relief. Johnny checked-in with me multiple times throughout the session to make sure I was doing okay/if the pain was tolerable, if I needed water or a break. I overheard the other artists caring for the wellbeing of their clients as well. Everyone was super friendly, polite, positive attitudes/demeanors, knowledgeable, and professional. Just as you'd hope a shop environment to be, and that means a lot for someone who struggles with social anxiety. The shop overall is very clean and beautifully decorated, well put together for such a small space, which made for a calming, inviting environment. 10/10 would highly recommend Autumn Moon Tattoo. You can't go wrong with any artist here, their styles vary so chances are you'll find someone to suit your needs and exceed your expectations. I personally can't wait to come back for more work, I feel as if I have found a home here. Thank you folks!

Fantastic experience: It was birthday today and my original tattoo appointment from another place got canceled so I was determined to get it done today. I called, asked a few questions and was made to feel comfortable and confident to want my work done with them. John was super helpful, I felt relaxed and immediately knew I want more work done with him. I got an armband tribal type tattoo and hours later i couldnt be more than happy with it. It is as bold as I'd like it to be. It was better than i expected. I will be switching over and getting my future work done here, hands-down.

Fantastic experience: Four of us visiting Cali from Utah were looking for a good tattoo place on a whim, walked in looking for a variety of tattoos, and Summer and John knocked it out of the park!! We were all thrilled with how the tattoos came out. They are extremely clean, resantizing everything in between clients and making the first-timers feel at ease. All the artists are super friendly and held good conversation with us for the whole time we were there. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I(6 loud women) received memorial tattoos to my late step father here and they were so AMAZING! Danny was so awesome and so quick. He designed our tattoos exactly as we asked and offered advice when needed. He was so patient and kind. Would highly recommend him! The shop owner and other tattoo artists were also super cool and dealt very well with our interesting personalities. In all, everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating! 100/5 stars! PS, they take song requests ;)
