Fantastic experience: Kim is such a wonderful piercer. Despite being covered with tattoos, I’m a piercing baby. She describes everything that will happen, is a perfectionist when it comes to placement, and makes the entire process the most stress-free experience possible. And everything has healed PERFECTLY. I won’t go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: FIRST TIME : If I could leave 6 stars I would. Do not go anywhere else. I would drag my feet through 10 kilometers of salt, broken glass, lime juice, lemon juice, and Legos after a 10 hour waffle House shift just to get pierced HERE. I had my nostrils done by Savannah (don't mind my septum and eyebrows, they were pierced SOMEWHERE ELSE) She was fast, nice, and even complimented my choice of Jewlery. She has cool tattoos too!! We love Savannah. Savannah is the GOAT. Very inclusive shop - I've been here before while a friend got pierced, and when I brought my trans friends, nobody was mean to them!! LGBTQ+ friendly shop! Thank you. I will be coming back when I'm not poor. UPDATE/SECOND TIME: One of my nostril piercings fell out on 2/22/26 (I switched to screw in piercings because I'm lazy, not recommended by the way) and I didn't want to lose the piercing. So I went in real quick to buy a new one. They helped put the new one in for free! (I bought the Jewlery) I wasn't sure who put it in for me but he was nice, had a nostril piercings, and it was painless. When I change my own Jewlery, it always hurts a little. Coming back on my birthday:) thank you guys again. THIRD TIME: Miss Pookie Bear Savannah pierced me again on 3/4/26. I got snakebites. I'm ngl I was petrified but she did it so fast that it didn't really hurt. They're even and lined up perfectly. She pierced it from the inside and that needle slid through like BUTTER. She really knows what she's doing. She's very very educated on piercing and is happy to answer all of my weird piercing questions. The best piercer I've ever gone to. Would still drag my feet through hell for this place. 10/10. Thank you Savannah, you're the shit. The GOAT. Love u pookie ❤️

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her ears pierced here! Savannah did a phenomenal job. From the instructions to doing the piercing. Every single move she did, she made sure to explain the why behind what she was doing. Made my daughter feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: The dermal on my face was partially torn when I was putting on a sweater. I'm actually surprised it didn't happen sooner in the 15 years I'd had it. (The dermal, not the sweater lol) I had been to Skincraft in the past to buy jewelry, so I called them for their professional advice on if the dermal could be saved or not. I made an appointment for the next day. The employee who saw me was so helpful and kind. I was told that unfortunately the dermal must go, and it was removed quickly and painlessly. All of my questions were answered in a way I could easily understand. If I ever get a piercing again I will definitely go to Skincraft.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience. I took my 14 year old Niece to get our nose pierced. I had mine done eons ago at age 10 and it had closed in my 20s. When my Niece expressed she wanted hers done i thought it was ample time to repierce mine. We got the piercer Kim who happened to do my Nieces ears a few years back. I went first and it was such a quick and semi painless experience. The same followed for my Niece. We are very happy with the service and experience with Skincraft. Thanks Kim!

Fantastic experience: I got my first face piercing done by JT and he was so quick and easy and fast , today I got my septum done by Savannah she made me feel very comfortable and confident helping me pick out the perfect jewelry I’ll definitely be back for my other side of my nose but BOOK HERE YOU GUYS such a friendly environment!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten four piercings from Savannah and it has always been a perfect, professional, clean, friendly, and chill experience. No notes. Savannah is the best of the best. She provides great, clear aftercare instructions, makes sure you’re comfortable before/during/after the piercing, and is a delight to talk to. Can’t recommend her and Skincraft enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tattoo completed by Josh at Skincraft. Of the tattoos I have, this was by far the best experience. From the time we met to consult until Josh completed the design and did the tattoo, his work was flawless. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and then did the tattoo exceptionally. I highly recommend Skincraft & Josh

Negative experience: I had my reverse angel fangs (inverted paired upper vertical lip piercings) done 11/5, and was having issues with them. They were uneven, and as a result, the left side was catching on my gums while talking and eating, and it was getting too painful to eat. I went in on 11/7 to see about getting a shorter bar as that side was also sticking out the front quite a bit, and it was recommended that I wait the 4 week minimum to attempt downsizing, so I tried to stick it out. I ended up taking them out on 11/8 evening because while I was trying to eat, the ball on the inside caught on my gums in a way that basically inverted the piercing and was extremely painful. When I called on 11/10 about the mess-up, I was told that they probably wouldn't be able to do anything because I took them out without a consultation (even though I went in on Friday and they didn't even look at them when I expressed concerns) and was given the owner's email. I sent an email as soon as I got off the phone, and then a follow-up a week ago and it has been radio-silence the whole way. I didn't want it to come to this, as the piercing experience itself was great and everyone has been nothing but professional every time I've gone in before, but I find it unacceptable that I can't even get in touch with the owner about this when the person on the phone specifically was told to give me her email. 5/5 on the piercing process and service, the piercer was fantastic and they talked me through every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. 1/5 on the communication afterwards when I had an issue that made it impossible to eat without pain that was not typical for an oral piercing for me.

Fantastic experience: I came in as a walk in to get my 16 year old daughter a belly button piercing.. from the receptionist to the woman Kim doing the piercing we had an excellent experience with the service. Very inviting nice place with a very nice jewelry selection! Kim was extremely thorough with making sure everything was clean and perfectly safe. My daughter loves her new piercing we are very happy! Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience here. When I first got pierced, the staff didn't explain how threadless earrings work until after they had already inserted them. I returned later to buy an earring for my husband (who had his ear pierced here and whose $240 threadless earring fell out...) and asked for a better explanation, but again, the information was vague and unhelpful. The staff at the counter wasn't even a piercer, which she didn't tell me until after 15 minutes of trying to explain the process to me. Instead, she told me to drive a 45 minute round trip so I can replace my earrings at a $10-$20 charge each time. I don't understand that at all. I like the idea of threadless earrings but I'm still confused that I apparently have to return to a shop to change them every time? No one will explain it to me. I was told not to use "costume jewelry" and to use threadless, but neither of these terms were really explained to me even though I asked. They were just like "costume jewelry is jewelry that's not threadless". (I think they were trying to skirt around using the word "cheap"?) But if I use threadless I have to return to the store every time to change them??? I had to come home and google threadless earrings. During this visit, I also purchased jewelry from them that broke shortly after, but they refused to allow a return or exchange. I didn't even put the jewelry in my body - it was a charm that broke when I was trying to place it. But even though the charm was broken and I showed them they said it wasn't broken?? Okay, why is it in two pieces, then? lol. Overall, the lack of clear communication, poor product quality, and inflexible policies make it hard to recommend this place. I expected more professionalism and support, especially since that's something they claim they give. I will say I enjoyed the actual piercing experience, but the other experiences I've had really sour any positive recommendation. The only people I would recommend coming here are people experienced with piercing. Despite their claims to otherwise, they are not helpful with guiding new people through the process of having an earring (which seems much more complicated than it should be, with having to return just to have your earrings changed out?)

Fantastic experience: I got my daith piercing from Savannah. I am impressed with everything about this place from the front desk to the pricing to the overall professionalism. I have taken my daughters to other piercing spots at their request and I won’t be doing that again. They are the top ranked studio for a reason.

Fantastic experience: Savannah is the absolute best! She is so fantastic at what she does and is just a joy to be around. She has done all of my piercings minus the first lobes I had done as a child, and each one has healed beautifully thanks to her expertise - I was a total piercing newbie and she made me feel so confident and comfortable! She is so good at piercing quickly but accurately to minimize the pain too, it's honestly amazing! My piercings always end up looking even better than I imagined they would! The shop is incredibly clean and Savannah puts a lot of effort into making sure the process is sterile. I never feel judged or unwelcome there, and I feel totally comfortable being honest about what I want/don't want, if I want the placement changed, etc.! Pricing is also fair and the jewelry selection is expansive! I will always go back to Savannah and Skincraft for any piercings I do in the future! She's truly a gem and I always look forward to my appointments :)

Fantastic experience: We took our 6 and 8 year olds here to get their first ear piercings, and we could not have had a better experience. Savannah did the piercings and was just awesome with the girls. She took her time, explained everything, and eased their anxieties with good humor. Fantastic experience: I got my first nose piercing done here and they were awesome. The woman at the desk was super warm and welcoming and Kim put me right at ease. I was also given a lot of information about how to care for my piercing and was given written instructions so I wouldn't forget, so I felt super prepared for the aftercare. I love my new piercing and have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I definitely recommend this place ☺️

Fantastic experience: Just got piercings with my cousin. Our piercer was Savannah and we had a great time. She walked us through evening. I had a blood sugar drop (similar to when donating blood) and she made sure I was ok and even got me to laugh a bit after being fully convinced I was dying for a second. I really recommend this place. Very professional and very cool people.

Negative experience: Unfortunate to have to give a bad review but I had a VERY bad experience with Kim. She took 2x times longer than she should, talking with the friend I brought with me for extended periods of time during prep of my piercings, fully ignoring me. She messed up the angle of my right side triple piercing and reused the same needle to fix it, pinching my lobe again. Finally, she forgot/misinterpreted which side of my rook I wanted at the top, so she had to take it fully out and flip it around which was immensely more painful than the three other piercings I had just gotten combined. I will not be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: Got my navel pierced by Savannah and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a piercing or anyone that just has questions in general!

Fantastic experience: After a much research and a wise word from a friend, came here to get my eyebrow pierced. Can't speak highly enough about it! Beautiful shop, really kind beautiful staff, made me so comfortable. My piercing was done by Kim (she was so kind and easy to communicate with!!!) and it was as painless as possible. And she placed it so well! Really loved it here, will come back for my other piercings in the future!

Fantastic experience: Kim pierced my 6 year old daughter's ears and she was absolutely AMAZING. A year earlier we tried to get them pierced here and my daughter was too scared. Kim explained everything, was super cool and kind, and even gave my daughter "earrings" for her stuffy (gem stickers). She also got to pick out stickers at the end. While ear piercing here is not cheap (and probably isn't at most tattoo shops) I would go back to Kim and HIGHLY recommend her. Both my daughter and I left happy .

Fantastic experience: I received my fifth piercing from Kim over the weekend and had the best experience! It was my first cartilage piercing, and I was worried it would heal poorly. It has been healing great and the pain is nonexistent. Kim is very professional and has the best recommendations. I'm excited to go back in a few months to get more piercings added to my earscape.

Positive experience: Got two piercings and a tattoo everything went very smooth. Looks great! Decided to get another tattoo sent in photos. Thee weeks later I called to see when they could do it never heard from them. What they do is good but poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Before my appointment at Skincraft about a week and a half ago, I hadn't gotten a piercing in about 30 years, since I was about 18. For a few years I've been wanting more and I woke up one day and decided to go for it. I don't do anything without doing a lot of research and eventially I settled on Skincraft. I made an appointment with Savannah. I was feeling really anxious about the pain when I walked into the shop - I don't have a high pain threshold. I got a very friendly greeting from the woman at the counter and then met Savannah. She's super down to earth. I had this whole vision of where I wanted my two new piercings to be. She explained that because of my ear shape and the type of piercings I wanted (2 more helix piercings), the placement I wanted would not be best for me. So we worked out a new plan. I was really disappointed that I had to change my plan but she was very knowledgeable and I trusted what she was telling me. She made me feel really at ease through the entire process and I bore the pain well lol. It was very different from my last long ago experience at Claire's (good Lord) - it hurt, but not terribly and it just went so much more smoothly than with the gun. Now a week and a half later, my ears are healing so well. I'm so happy with the new locations Savannah helped me decide on. They look great and I'm already plotting to get more. Also, the shop is very very clean and well kept - that was the first thing I checked out when walking in the door. I highly recommend both Skincraft and Savannah.

Fantastic experience: I took my mom to get her ears pierced. She is terrified of needles, but Kim made her feel comfortable and walked her through each step of the process. The store is extremely clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just turned 10 and wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. (I wasn't about to give her the "Claire's Special" from the 1990's, so I knew we had to hit up a legit spot.) I booked Savannah, and I'm sooo glad I did. She's amazing and has such a warm, friendly personality. She was also chatty, which I LOVED. (I don't know a lot about tattoos or piercings, but her ability to find common ground, ask questions, and engage sweetly with my daughter calmed A LOT of her nerves, and honestly, mine too!) Savannah explained EVERYTHING she was doing step-by-step, bit-by-bit directly to my daughter. She was clear and measured in her piercing approach. My daughter knew exactly what to expect in each moment, and Savannah asked for consent with every touch. For example, "Your hair is just a little in the way. Is it okay if I touch/move your hair just a little bit, so I can see better?" I feel like this is such a rare thing these days, but it really made my little one feel safe, brave, and ready. My daughter is naturally shy and wasn't intimidated by the artist, shop, or the process. I'd refer literally ANYONE to Savannah! (Not gonna lie—probs gonna hit her up to fix my own 1990's Claire's Special.)

Fantastic experience: So to say less I was having piercing issues with my piercings I had gotten from another shop. So I decided to go somewhere familiar that I had known about since forever (Skincraft)! When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was so sweet and professional and polite she made me confident just over the phone! When I walked in I was greeted by her and the vibes of the shop were very inviting and relaxing! They reassured me everything was going to be fine and it was! My piercer KIM was god sent! She was perfect! She was professional, empathetic, and all out amazing! She got me together and I walked out feeling confident and Brand New! I’m even thinking about another piercing! Thank you all so much! See you all soon!

Negative experience: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! ALL OF THIS HAPPENED - - PLEASE read it if you're thinking of letting them pierce you- - but worst of all!!..... THEY GAVE ME A CROOKED MISALIGNED PIERCING!! (see photos I'm adding). So, for reference, I am pretty experienced with getting pierced. I have had the following done: two eyebrow, a tongue, two snake bites, two standard lip, a vertical labret, a Monroe, a Madonna, a nostril, and countless ear/ cartilage piercings). Let me just say, in regards to my 2 star rating of this place, that the only reason I am even going TWO stars with it and not one star or none at all, is out of respect for how Skincraft USED to be, which was wonderful. I had my vertical labret done there in 2009 and my Monroe in 2007, and they were fast, professional, clean and did beautiful piercings. But now??... I just had my septum pierced there, this past March (2024), and it was a TERRIBLE experience, in every way. Let me begin right where it started, with a very rude counter person (I am a really polite person by nature, so this throws me off immediately). Next, after I asked the questions I needed to ask, they informed me that I would need to put down a deposit on my piercing (that's reasonable, I get that part).. But then they "scheduled" me to come back in two hours to have it done despite the fact that the place was empty aside from one person in the piercing room (they said). So after whiling away a couple of hours at Shake It, we headed back into Skin craft. The counter person continued on with their icy demeanor routine and their general air of "Go Away! We Don't Like You!" This unpleasantness extended to the inept piercer once I went back to the piercing room-- he was extremely curt and dismissive throughout the handful of questions I had (it wasn't much, and all asked while he was preparing his tools anyhow). When I asked about the needle gauge and was told 16g, I asked if he could use an 18g needle instead, because I really only wanted to wear thin gauge, close fitting and delicate looking jewelry in my septum. He told me no, he could not, but didn't elaborate on WHY he could only use a 16g needle, and why I didn't have a say in it at all (??what?). He didn't give me a choice, so I gave up-- i wanted to get up and leave right then, and go get it done somewhere else, but the monetary deposit they made me put down was considerable, I wasn't willing to give it up). So I tried to just relax. But then I saw the captive bead ring piece of jewelry that he was planning to use, which was silver and rather large, about 12mm in diameter (I was hoping for 8mm bc I have a smallish nose but would have also been ok with 10mm), so I asked if he could use one of those two smaller diameters, but he said no. Then I asked if he could use a ring that was annealed or hinged seamless, at least and he said no, I could not choose the gauge size, the diameter of the ring size, or the color, because they did not have any other jewelry in the shop except this one piece (that's just laughable). A million other things happened but they cut me for character limit - last 2 things. They stayed rude even after I paid with tip, AND CLAIMED TO NOT CARRY NOSE SCREWS WHEN I TRIED TO BUY ONE ON MY WAY OUT. A piercing shop with no nostril screws. I truly almost started laughing. In short: I will NEVER go back and I'll advise my friends and family to avoid Skincraft like the plague, too. What a bummer I loved this place.

Fantastic experience: Kim was absolutely amazing. She took so much time with my to design my earscape and was fun, personable and creative. I brought my own jewelry [and purchased some there as well] and she help revive some old ear holes and made everything work together. Couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: Best place to get piercings hands down. I went on the 22nd and got my nipples pierced. A week went by and the jewelry on one side was going into my skin. Went back today and JT got me together! JT and Savannah were amazing. They made the process quick and easy! Appreciate you guys!

Fantastic experience: I had my Targus pierced here about 3 months ago, it has healed nice and Kim; my piercer was awesome. The shop is clean and well organized. I would definitely recoomend this shop.

Fantastic experience: Kim is AMAZING with kids. My 6 year old got her ears pierced for Christmas, and Kim explained the process in detail, was patient when my daughter asked questions or was hyper. She helped her feel confident and in control the entire process. My daughter wanted me to get a piercing with her, so Kim did my daith and it was a great experience for me as well. The explained the entire process and let me know what she was doing at each step. If you’re looking for someone to pierce your child’s ears, go to Kim. The amount of patience, kindness and understanding was beyond exceptional. The whole staff was kind and informative, but Kim was beyond amazing! She really does make sure the client is comfortable and informed with every single step! Wonderful, wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: I had Savannah for my septum piercing yesterday and I could not have asked for a better experience. The shop is very clean and huge on sanitization and being sterile (which is the #1 most important thing, if you ever go to a piercing or tattoo shop and they're not, run!). She talked me through everything, answered all my questions, validated my fears, joked with me, and reassured me. Savannah was very quick when it finally came time to the actual piercing and I was so thankful for that. From the time the needle went in, the jewelry was already in and in a matter of seconds the ball was on and I was good to go! If you're going here for any piercing, I think no matter the piercer you'll be in good hands. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality service you get - yes you may have to pay a deposit, but that's added to your overall total as long as you show up on time to your appointment. And don't forget to tip your piercers!!!! Thanks Skincraft for such a good experience!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Skincraft for a few years now for tattoos, and I don't have any complaints. I have actually gotten so many compliments on my tattoos over the years from when I started going, and today I'm finally getting a tattoo for my dad that I have been sitting on since he passed away in '21. I highly recommend the artists at Skincraft, especially India who has done my last few tattoos.

Fantastic experience: lovely place i got my first tattoo there a few days after my birthday a few months back and they were so nice to me at the front desk and so was my tattoo artist. she did an amazing job, even ran through with water first to see how comfortable i was going to be with the placement, etc. definitely going back

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old decided that she wanted her ears pierced and after plenty of research we chose this place. I’m glad we did. Kim was our piercer and she was phenomenal. She was very patient and explained everything in a way that my daughter could understand. What actually blew me away though was her complete disregard for what I wanted and how she solely took my daughter into consideration throughout the whole process. I’m an advocate for autonomy with my kids and as long as she is being safe and understands what she’s asking for, I let my daughter decide what she does or doesn’t do with her body (age appropriate, obviously). She cried and became very nervous after the first ear, and Kim did not even so much as look to me for approval. She made sure my daughter wanted to continue and gave her complete autonomy. She got her second ear done and she couldn’t be happier. And I couldn’t be more proud. Kim was 100% one of the best piercers I’ve met, and I’ve had many. I will say their prices are a little high but their jewelry is high quality and the service is hands down A+. Thank you for making this such a great experience, Kim.

Fantastic experience: I've had many friends ask me for piercing parlor suggestions and I always tell them to go to Skincraft. Their piercers are incredibly conscious of hygiene and anatomy, give helpful (and accurate) aftercare advice, offer a good selection of jewelry, and the customer service is great. Their services are also very affordable and fairly priced. I've gotten at least four piercings done here and they are well-placed with good quality jewelry. Savannah is fantastic -- she's fun and easy to talk to, and definitely knows what she's doing! 100% recommend this place for those looking for new body art.

Fantastic experience: I chose Skincraft for my doubles piercing because of numerous personal recommendations. They weren’t wrong, I now understand why it’s the best place to go. I’m not a fan of needles and every step of the process was clean and well explained. The entire staff was fabulous and I felt so comfortable there. I would recommend anyone to come here, seriously! The drive was worth it!

Negative experience: This happened around a year ago and I’m still mad about it. I went in to get my doubles pierced and I had my mom and my friend with me. There is a decent size lobby with seats. There was only around 3 people in the lobby not include my “party”. The women who helped me said that my friend couldn’t be in the lobby bc of covid restrictions and she had an attitude. She wasn’t even wearing a mask. So she made my friend sit outside in the hot sun. I sat outside with her while my mom waited inside because I felt so bad for my friend, actually ridiculous. While I take Covid seriously and we were all wearing mask, she didn’t even allow her to just stand in the corner. The piercer was good. The piercing was on the pricey side but I’m okay with that. I just cannot get over the unprofessionalism of the women at the desk. I would not go back.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing! The person who answered the phone was kind, helpful, and thorough. When we got there everyone was welcoming and Kim, the piercer, was absolutely incredible with my 6 year old who left soooo happy with her ears pierced.

The memorial tattoo she did for me honoring my Mom is gorgeous and far exceeded my pretty high expectations in every way. The detailed artwork is incredible and I can’t recommend her highly enough!! She explained every step of the process and really engaged our daughter allowing her to feel more prepared and in control. Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here to get her ears re-pierced. We went to Claire’s when she was maybe 6. They were so accommodating and her ears seem to be doing so much better with the medical grade metal jewelry they use.

Fantastic experience: India. India. India! India tattooed my fine line pet portrait a week ago and everyday since, I wake up amazed. It is a memorial tattoo, so the detail and clarity was VERY important to me. The portrait looks exactly like my baby. Details I didn't even realize were in the photo are on the tattoo. It is absllute perfection. She is a true artist. My experience being tattooed was also above par. She has a very fun, and easy personality to relax with. I am so grateful for my beautiful tattoo and HIGHLY RECOMMEND India and Skinkraft!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment here today to get my nips pierced. Savannah was my piercer and she did a great job talking me through the process and giving me plenty of after care information. They hardly even hurt! It's a pretty shop with awesome people, definitely plan on coming back here to get my septum done!

Negative experience: I never review online and I've NEVER have negatively reviewed anyplace ever. So the fact fact that I'm writing this shows my extreme disappointment. It's been a hard week and my daughter has been waiting for months and we chose this place above all the others bc of the reviews. My poor girl. We drove 45 min to get there and we were 1 min past the deadline, which we couldn't control, although the was easily 20 minutes left of appointment time left. It was rudely handled. They could have said no and I would understand but they should have been much more compassionate or shown some decency towards my 7 yr old. She has been crying since we left because she was felt "unliked" and "scared". I understand the late policy and I understand that we were 1 minute past our deadline but they had no problem breaking my daughters heart and taking my $50 plus the money I had paid for parking. They offered rescheduling for later this week but it's not easy to find the time to drive 45 minutes 2 ways. Months of working up her courage and an hour of crying all for walking in 60 seconds too late. Rules are rules but have some compassion and don't intimidate a young child please.

Fantastic experience: My piercer was James. He was a super sweet guy, explained things super well, and he was really nice. I have an anxiety disorder and was very nervous but he said I did a great job and he pierced my septum perfectly. Great guy, great place, great piercing!! Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: James was so helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend instead of a stranger I had just met. He knew how to pierce for the least amount of hurt and was so helpful with all of my questions. The place was huge and could accommodate many. Says walk-ins are welcome, but I would suggest making an appointment.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Skincraft. I had my industrial done by James, he was so thorough, cleanly, and friendly. Even with the piercing being the industrial this was probably my least painful piercing, all due to his professionalism. 12/10 I would highly recommend James!

Fantastic experience: I got my septum pierced here and just recently got a tattoo. The healing process for both was almost painless and they give aftercare instructions for tattoos and piercings. They even gave me sea salt to clean my piercing when I left. The staff here are nice and they are upfront about prices and pain levels before you get started.

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter (5y/o) in to get her ears pierced with Savannah. She did such an amazing job and was so thorough and walked my daughter through everything that was happening. My daughter was pretty nervous but Savannah put her at ease. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

Fantastic experience: I have been wanting to get my nose pierced for a while and decided, this morning, that today is the day! I looked up some reviews to see where to go and many of the local piercing businesses reviews, customers stated that they usually came here and couldn’t for whatever reason. So I decided to go where everyone basically preferred to go. Lol. It was a great experience. My 14 yr old daughter and I were walkins. We had a bit of a wait…like 2.5 hours so we left and explored the area, but James (Lawddd, I think that was his name) was amazing. Super friendly, super informative, and super patient. (i was nervous ) It was quick and we, both, were happy with the results. Our piercer also reassured us that if we had any further questions or concerns that we could always call and get the help we may need. If I ever want to get anything else pierced, I would definitely go there. Thanks to everyone there that helped make our 1st piercing (outside of ears) experience a great one.

Definitely the best atmosphere of a tattoo and piercing shop I’ve ever been to. He explained each step of the piercing because I was definitely nervous. Everyone there was very friendly and professional, and my tattoo turned out even better than expected! Josh was very pleasant and made sure to explain everything he was doing and how to keep it clean afterward! It made my first experience getting a tattoo way less intimidating and I would absolutely recommend them!

The lady at the counter explained all the jewelery in detail and helped us pick out what looked best. James was our piercer and he was great. Fantastic experience: JT was amazing! I went to get my nostril and helix pierced, and he did a great job making sure I understood the healing times and pricing before he did the piercings. He then thoroughly explained how to care for them. Out of the 4 times I have gotten piercings, this is the only time any piercer wanted me to check in 6 weeks later to see how they are healing. He made me feel super comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a piercing.

Fantastic experience: I went here a day after my 17th birthday to get four piercings. (2 triples, 1 conch and my nose). Now my piercer said this is the maximum he would ever do on a person in one sitting, so i was lucky. I had james and he was AMAZING. he made sure everything was even, and he even took into account my uneven double piercings from a few years ago and leveled it all out. everything looks amazing. he even went over all the aftercare verbally and gave me a written sheet. Very clean! Very friendly! Very profesional! HIGHLY recommend:))
