Fantastic experience: I got my navel pierced here 9 months ago with my best friend and it’s been healing well! They provided me with all that I’d need including how to clean it and sea salt to do so. I highly recommend this place. Many of my friends have gone and had good experiences.

Fantastic experience: I just want to say, if anyone sees this. Lock into what I’m going to say. There is a reason this place is a top star place. All the way from the owner to the front door. I’ve been coming here for sometime now NOT EVEN KNOWING THE PLACE EXISTED. But meeting them outside of work. The kindness the staff has. The care and concern. The one thing they are serious about here is your time and effort they put into working on you. I’ve felt so rushed at many places and never returned. Mr.Bs shop is constantly putting there time and effort with you first. If you see any complaints on these reviews those are people that probably had a natural bad day on there on. I’ve met Donna and she has became my permanent tattoo piercer. She makes sure your process is 100% I’ve seen her busy with plenty of clients and treats them all equally. Mr.B himself is doing an amazing job running his store. They put people first. Care, concern,comfort and your time. They also have a free ring replacement service. I learned about. It gets busy BUT ITS FREE WHO IS GONNS COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT!! Let these people be the reason you visit and the service is a plus❤️

Negative experience: i went up there to get ONE freaking piercing changed and was told the wait would be 10 minutes just for it to turn into 30 freaking min the piercer was having a conversation with the client they already finished instead of coming out to do those who were waiting i've gotten all my piercings AND NEVER have i had such an unprofessional experience

The staff provide thorough post-care instructions and show genuine kindness and empathy, especially toward clients who may experience anxiety (Donna girl). The environment is always clean and well maintained, with excellent hand hygiene practices clearly observed. I have received nose and ear piercings as well as tattoos, and I have always been extremely satisfied with the level of care and professionalism provided. My family members are also patrons, and we truly feel like part of the Mr. B’s family. This establishment holds a special place in my heart, and I highly recommend them. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. love y'all

I wish there was a Mr. B'S when I was her age (most I did myself) by far best piercing experience and will be back to get more and check out the tattoos (for me of course)!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! The people are friendly, no weird cockiness. The environment is clean, organized, and open. It doesn't feel stuffy or dank. I feel comfortable bringing my kids here (big and small), the atmosphere is accepting and chill. Let just say, I wouldn't be worried about my young kids learning something they shouldn't. *They will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Positive experience: ghosted by the tattoo artist halfway through my sleeve after they would cut my three previous sessions short... seemed as though they underestimated the complexity of the design... would use caution while picking an artist here and make sure they're confident in design execution. i ended up finishing my sleeve elsewhere (i recommend made true tattoo in gaithersburg) while i was patient with him and his medical issues... it would've been nice to have communication as now they are doing expos and other projects for the past year. my last email to reschedule were never responded to

Negative experience: Got a tattoo from Michele and am so disappointed. It was a simple lettering tattoo that healed with some see-through spots (the black wasn’t all the way punched in). I tried to contact her for a touch up appointment and she completely ignored all 3 of my emails. Would never come back here for a tattoo. It’s a shared email account but no one, including my tattooer responded.

Fantastic experience: I went in to have my nose pierced. I walked in to a very clean studio and was attended to right away by Josh. He listened and heard what I was looking for. The process was quick and he was very helpful in helping me decide the best place for the piercing keeping in mind where I wanted it and the placement of my eye glasses. Josh was very personable and professional. He explained how to take care of my piercing very well and even said to come back in a couple of months to adjust or put in another stud to get the best results I was looking for. Thank you Josh for a very pleasant experience.

It's really hard to find a place that makes you feel comfortable no matter what you're getting done and this place definitely delivers. Donna is amazing when it comes to piercings and changing out jewelry. She's swee and very kind. She lets you know everything and she makes you feel super comfortable right off the bat. Fantastic experience: I did a walk-in piercing today and it was my first time in the shop so I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was SO friendly and helpful! I mentioned a tattoo I've been thinking of getting. It's not a big one, and I've been to other shops where the artists really aren't interested in you if that's the case. But I got great feedback and am going to reserve a time to get my Van Gogh Sunflowers tat next month!

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. It's so much better in my opinion to go to where they pierce them in this manner as it's more hygienic and the piercing heals much more comfortably. I chose this shop in particular because they have been around a very long time and have an excellent reputation. The guy was so nice and kind to my 16 year old daughter, and to me. He answered all of her questions and showed her a variety of starter earrings she could choose from. I am thinking about working with him when it's time for my next tattoo. Everything is spotlessly clean. L, tidy, and organized. The entite process, including paperwork, took no more than 15 minutes. He gave her an opportunity to check the placement then was very fast with the piercing itself on each side. By the time my daughter knew it pinched, it was already over. There is ample parking in the back of the building. Those in a wheelchair or who have issues with stairs might want to call ahead to ask the best way to enter, as the entrance we used had maybe five stairs or so.

Fantastic experience: Stopped through for a quick nose piercing. Quick, clean, and easy as it was the last 2 times I've gone also! Reasonable pricing, walked in n out in 15 mins with no appointment. Love it!

Fantastic experience: I came in as a walk in to get a nose piercing. Donna hooked me up no wait time the shop was clean, organized, and welcoming. Donna answered all if my questions, was patient, and took her time with me. I definitely reccomend to anyone for piercings! I wish they had more info about the tattoo artists on there website or on social media.

Fantastic experience: My 13-year-old daughter had been wanting to get her ears pierced for a long time. I asked around and did my own research and that is how we decided to go to Mr. B's Tattoos. I am so happy that we did. The place is easy to get to and is accessible for people with disabilities. Inside, you'll find a bright, clean, and welcoming space. The warm and spicy colors on the wall are soothing. The waiting area features a comfy couch and stools with a television. You feel like you're visiting a cool friend with a very tidy home. Donna was the professional who did our piercings. After years of really wanting to pierce my nostril, I got it done. My daughter went first for her ears. She had been rather worried about the possible pain, but she was fine. By the evening, she felt back to normal. It was a quick pinch of pain to do my nose, but it was over quickly and I was so pleased with the placement and results. We were given instructions and small packets of sea salt to clean our piercings with. I had initially wanted a ring, but was told the stud was the best starter for that. They said to come back in a month so I could be measured for a nose ring. My daughter was told to wait three months before wearing new jewelry. She's fine with that. It still gives everyone more gifting possibilities for birthdays and holidays. Supporting local businesses is very important to me, especially local artists. I've seen plenty of their tattoos to know that if and when I want to get one, I'll go there. They know how to treat their customers. I strongly recommend taking your kids there if they are looking to get pierced, or anyone. They also take walk-ins.

Fantastic experience: My daughter got her nose pierced today by Donna she was phenomenal! She answered all of our questions. She talked my daughter through the process. And made sure she was satisfied. My oldest daughter got her first tattoo today as well. The guy Alberto was hands down professional, he answered both our questions, he made my daughter feel comfortable and talked to her the whole time.. I definitely recommend Mr. B's for tattoos and piercing.

Negative experience: They pierced the bottom and top of my belly wrong I had to get it changed out somewhere else because the bar was too short on both sides so it started getting infected and sinking into my skin, I can only keep the top in and get the bottom redone when it’s healed

Fantastic experience: Very clean, staff was nice, great pricing I came here last year to get an industrial it was such a great experience I went back to get the flat helix love it so much and they ask you if you like the placement before piercing.

Fantastic experience: This place is great, today was my first time here and even though there was decently long wait the employees were really nice and my piercer did great. I told her I used to have the same piercing I was trying to get and she checked to see if she could just reopen it and didn’t charge me for the piercing just the jewelry so I decided to get my other one fixed too and left spending probably half as much as I thought. Will be back if I ever decide on anymore piercings or maybe a tattoo.

Fantastic experience: I visited Mr. B’s in December of 2023 to have both of my nostrils pierced. Both had been done previously but allowed to close up because they were uneven. I explained the situation to the piercer and he assured me that he could re-pierce both sides and make them even. The process was quick and clean, and he wound up only charging me for one piercing since one of them hadn’t closed up completely after all, which was really cool of him (I knew it hadn’t closed up totally but was still willing to pay for both piercings because I was too chicken to just re-pierce it myself at home, but he insisted on only charging for one). When I got home and had a chance to really check them out in the mirror, they still seemed a bit uneven but were much better than the first time I had them done. As they healed that unevenness normalized and now they’re perfect and exactly what I wanted. Would absolutely return to Mr. B’s for a future piercing and recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Went to Mr B’s as a walk in for a known extremely sensitive piercing and was promptly helped by Josh. It was a Friday evening and there was no wait at all. Josh was extremely professional throughout the entire process and genuinely must be a magician because the pain was at most a 6/10 max for a piercing I’ve heard countless people not able to follow through with having both done. He was clear about after care instructions and said to come back in 3-6 months to have the bars adjusted free of charge. Highly highly recommend Mr B’s and thanks so much for the positive experience Josh!

Fantastic experience: Mr. B's is the place for your first or tenth tattoo. The staff is friendly & accommodating and make you feel at home. I travel a lot for work and have had many complaints on my work done at Mr. B's, John has done all my work and will continue to be my go to guy. John is the type of artist who will do a piece of art that will last a lifetime, and after you could have a drink with him, a down to earth cool dude. Mr. B's is the place you want to go.

Fantastic experience: We went tonight 1/12/24 to get my 19 month old daughter’s ears pierced and we had a wonderful experience with Donna. She was so sweet and calm and so great with my daughter. The placement was perfect and she was quick, but thorough, which if you have a toddler you know that’s the key to anything! Studio was also very clean and you can tell they take disinfection seriously! We will definitely be recommending Donna & Mr. B’s to everyone! Thank you so much again Donna!

Fantastic experience: I just got a tattoo from Billy Hardy on my spine and I absolutely love it. He had great customer service and this was my second tattoo and I was completely comfortable. My first tattooo was on my chest which was done by Kodi Green who was as so nice to my friends and I. All the staff makes an effort to talk to their customers and make their experience enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: The young lady who does piercings is always nice and professional. Been here 3 times just for piercings. I called ahead but was able to walk in on New Years Eve and get seen. Very short wait (<15 min). Never had any issues with any piercings after leaving the shop. Location is clean. Parking was easy. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has wanted a septum piercing for months. After reading all of the reviews online we decided to try Mr. B's, and we're really glad that we did. The establishment was clean and the staff was professional. Sara (our piercer), was patient, kind and thorough. She took the time to answer all of our questions honestly, explaining the process, expectations, and aftercare thoroughly. She calmed any anxieties my daughter had, making sure she was comfortable before she proceeded. After all of the "horror stories" she read online we expected it to hurt, but my daughter was pleasantly surprised (she said her belly button was worse). Sara made sure to hit the "sweet spot", bringing the discomfort level to a minimum. There were a few different sizing options for the piercing, and although my daughter had originally wanted something a bit smaller, Sara went with the slightly larger one just to be on the safe side (she discussed this with us beforehand). She let us know that we could come back after the piercing had healed however, and switch it out for free. She gave us a sealed bag of salt for aftercare use, and told us to call or come in if we had any issues. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. In the future, Mr. B's is where we will go.

Fantastic experience: I'm 99% sure it was Josh who pierced my tongue. He was super gentle and friendly, which even for a seasoned face like mine I means a lot. He also took his time making sure everything was lined up perfectly. Best piercing experience I've had.

Piercings were done in less than 10 minutes. Turned out great. Given salt and instructions on cleaning. Haven't had any problems. Will be going back for more.
