I went in to get a consult for my 1st tattoo. met with Emeri who guided me and showed me several options on size, type and where the best place on my arm the tattoo would look best. I did not intend to get the work done that day but, I felt comfortable enough to get my tattoo right there and then…Nelya was my tattoo artist and knowing it was my first tattoo she was comforting and regularly checked in to see how I was doing..my tattoo came out amazing. Nelya did a fantastic job..highly recommend Cleopatra Ink in Costa Mesa..

Fantastic experience: We took our two 10 year olds to get their ears pierced. Their piercer, Nat, was super calm and did a great job with being patient with our daughters and explaining the process. She made sure to give time when needed in between each ear, and helped with some breathing techniques for when they felt anxious. The shop itself was clean and felt accepting of having kids there. We will be back for our third daughters piercing in the future.

Fantastic experience: Have several tattoos, but I took my idea and rough draft to the crew at Cleopatra Ink for a memorial tattoo and they truly delivered. The tattoo took over six hours which is my longest so far, but the detail is out of this world. Alex, Nat and the other staff really came through.

Negative experience: Came in for a quote and design idea that I had. My design idea was my design idea and I wanted to see what we could come up with together since this was going to be my first tattoo and it was a big idea. In the process of design with the person I kept being told by the person that my design didn’t look right because there was no way to tell what it was, but in actuality, you could tell that it was which was a lion and a guardian angel together, blended and I didn’t like that because it’s took away from my idea it was something that I wanted to put on myself because of what it represented to me which I think didn’t really matter to her, but I could be wrong. I don’t know.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two great experiences here! Once was coming with my mom (who is 67!!) for fine line tattoos. Our artist was amazing and so sweet. She really made me and my mom comfortable and her work healed perfectly :) My other experience: I got my Daith done at a different place and 8 months later it still hadn’t healed. Nat was the best with helping me remove it and gave me tips on how to get the site to heal so I can repierce later if I want. Such an awesome spot. Will only come here for tattoos and piercings in the future. ❣️

Fantastic experience: I’d been wanting to get my tragus pierced for the longest time. I came in super nervous, but my piercer, Nat, did the greatest job at helping me and making the atmosphere feel comfortable. Piercing itself lowkey didn’t hurt, just felt like some pressure. Overall a really good experience and would definitely come back to get another piercing :)
