Fantastic experience: I got my first tattoo after debating with myself for 5 years with Sansa! She has the style of tattoos that I love which is brushstroke with the ability to add a touch of color for some pop. From the start to finish, Sansa was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. She also provided a lot of guidance in terms of the style and she reassured me throughout the entire process. She also kept constant communication throughout the process of payment and what to expect on the day of as well as some tips for how to take care of wig myself before the appointment. I got a beautiful chrysanthemum with some red accents as a part of her flash deal for 2/13. On the day of the appointment, she made sure to give me a run down of the process and gave me a lot of time to decide placements and sizing. During the tattooing, she drew her art with intent and precision. I could tell that she would make sure to know exactly what strokes she was going to do before grabbing the ink to start. She was quick and finished the piece in 2.5 hours. There was no pain at all and afterwards she applied aloe to help with the swelling. Honestly for this being my first tattoo, it was amazing experience and I would definitely get another piece with her.

All of my questions and requests (and there were quite a few) were answered via email in a timely, friendly, and understanding manner. I already new Sansa was talented, which is why I flew across the country to get stabbed repeatedly in the arm for 14 hours. Sansa was clearly focused, diligent, and attentive. I am looking forward to the 25+ more hours I will need to finish my tattoo.

Sansa is very patient and accommodating to feedback so it was a smooth process to get to final design. She has a gentle touch which was much appreciated for a 5-hour session. I'd recommend visiting Sansa if you're considering your next piece!

Negative experience: Went in for a piercing came out with nothing. I was sitting on the bench waiting to get my piercing when I heard a tattoo artist infront of me sneezing, nothing wrong with that until she started blowing her nose. She didn’t change the gloves just went straight to touching her patients arm with the same glove she used while blowing her nose. Doesn’t cost much to try and be sanitary.

She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and I had so much trust in her (I wouldn't say I have the highest or lowest pain tolerance) I practically fell asleep and woke up to absolute beauty! I am so happy I chose her to work on my first bigger piece, will be recommending her to everyone I know for the rest of time and hope to be back when/if I get the itch for another piece.

Given this was my first tattoo, she was helpful and made sure I knew proper pre/after care. During the tattoo, she made sure I was comfortable and allowed a few breaks in between. I’m glad I went to Sansa and will certainly come back for future ideas! Great artist and unique style.

Fantastic experience: Walked in on a Friday after to get a second lobe piercing and they were able to accommodate right away :) Iris was my piercer and she was so nice and gentle! Just a quick pinch and brief burning sensation before it disappeared. After care comes in a QR code which makes it easy to remember.

Felt a little dizzy after but she took great care of me getting water and some sugar! Great overall experience would come back again!!

Negative experience: I don't recommend this tattoo studio and Lynn. I came in today to get a landscape panel tattoo done and felt very rushed by Lynn as she assured me we would be able to discuss the design together during the appointment. When I discussed my suggested changes, she seemed annoyed and she wasn't fully paying attention during our appointment. I asked her if she felt rushed and she admitted she was but she was 30 minutes late to our appointment. I did not feel like she cared about my design or tattoo at all and would not recommend getting tattooed by her because she lacks consideration and communication. She does not seem like someone who would be detail oriented with your design and does not like client input. I was fine with the deposit not being refunded but the tattoo studio handled this feedback poorly and neither the studio or Lynn took accountability for the situation.

Fantastic experience: Got my nose pierced by Oliver thanks to the google reviews I seen after looking around over the years for a piercer who is a perfectionist I finally found Oliver! The process was quick, easy, and less painful than I anticipated! He took his time with placement to ensure my double nose piercings were symmetrical and i absolutely love them !! I'll definitely be coming back when I need to change out my jewelry and for any future piercings !!

Fantastic experience: Rae is amazing!! I was honestly so nervous to get another tattoo after having a really bad experience somewhere else, but she made me feel totally at ease. She was super patient, helped me try out a bunch of fonts and placements, and just made the whole process really easy and chill. On top of that, she has such a light hand—and the tattoo came out sooo cute. 10/10 would recommend!

I also had a lip piercing here with another young lady. Chelsea is amazing! She explains everything she’s going to do and asks if you have any questions. Very nice and super quick.
