Fantastic experience: Got me in immediately when another place completely flaked. Helped me with my design. Very clean. Artist was sweet and kind. And did everything I wanted. 450 dollars. But worth it. Pretty painless. Was a 3-5 on pain level. Which was as tolerable. I just brought my AirPods and rocked it to my favorite tunes. Fantastic. Manager guy, bigger, short hair was super sweet, tweaked my design and was very professional. Highly recommend. Go here. You will love it and be very very happy.

Negative experience: These guys are ridiculous. One, they were using flash off of an iPad to quote me a price, so obviously nothing original. Then they hit me with a 2000 dollar quote and act surprised when i tell them they are ridiculous. I literally went three blocks down the street, got a quote for less than half and the artist is drawing it up himself, not some generic flash. Bunch of clowns..

Negative experience: Maybe I should start by mentioning that I'm over 55 and have only black ink. Their AI scheduling is very attentive, however, when I walked in for my free design consultation, the humans had no idea who I was nor why I was there. It's a big, open space where everyone can see everything, but I was the only customer. Two of the three guys sat down with me as I explained I needed a difficult cover up. I told them I was most interested in a certain animal, one of them began scrolling through pictures of other tattoos, showing me things before I could explain or find my image of my Tsimshian tribal crest. I finally found mine, he glanced at it, said it wouldn't work, and continued looking at flowery, realistic images. I decided to see what they could do with my father's spirit animal, and he began with the iPad again, and we found something that would work. That guy had a customer come in, so he left us, and the other guy had to keep asking questions in their language and then try to tell me in broken English, continuously explaining that the managers were at an important meeting. I got the quote and about choked! Nope. With healthcare and tattoos, we have to communicate well and they were in such a hurry and I didn't want someone else's tattoo, so I won't be going back. Plus, I wanted black ink only, but they were going to use grayscale. They didn't ask about any of my other tattoos to maybe get an idea of what I like. I was back home home so quickly, my family thought I skipped the appointment.

Negative experience: I got my industrial here and turns out the lady that pierced it did it completely wrong, causing the piercing to not heal correctly and had to be removed because my anatomy was not for the jewelry! very disappointing because as a piercer you should know the correct anatomy for ALL piercings to not cause further damage or rejection. like mine did.

Negative experience: I wish I had gone elsewhere. Potential clients should be aware that if something goes wrong, you may not get any real resolution. I got a custom cartoon-style portrait tattoo of my black poodle here. The process began with a “free consultation” where I arrived on time but waited over 2 hours in the lobby—the actual discussion and draw-up took only about 15 minutes. I was quoted $1200, which felt very high for a non-realism cartoon piece, but after investing so much time I decided to proceed. My appointment was then delayed an additional two weeks due to overbooking. During the session, the artist was clearly rushed toward the end to accommodate the next client. This affected the quality: the black fur healed grey instead of rich black, the collar was drawn much too thin (making the dog’s neck look distorted or missing), and shading/details were incomplete. Seven months later, it’s already fading more than expected. I reached out politely with specific concerns and photos. The shop’s response was a generic apology: “We sincerely apologize… We’ll address this with our team to improve upon our consultation and service processes.” No offer of a touch-up or any attempt to make it right—just a vague promise to do better in the future. A generic apology does nothing for the tattoo on my skin forever—especially when the $1200 price was supposed to include a 1-year free touch-up policy, which was never honored, mentioned again, or offered despite my clear issues. While I like the basic concept, the final tattoo does not match the approved design or justify the $1350 total ($1200 + tip), especially given the excessive wait times, scheduling issues, rushed execution, broken touch-up promise, and complete lack of follow-through.

Called and got a same day appointment with Donnie. He was great. Personable and pleasant personality. I don’t usually go to anyone but I got great vibes when I called for the appointment and Donnie didn’t disappoint. Met his wife also and they are extremely kind people. Would definitely return on my next trip.

Place was a mess with garbage bags on the ground and no one in charge. Had an appointment and drove 1 1/2 hrs to get there. No one showed up. Seriously, its a complete scam. Run in the other direction!
