Fantastic experience: Took our 7 year old for her first ear piercing. I can not say enough good things about the staff! Trent explained every step and made her feel so comfortable. Even had a Disney playing list on. Lexi came in for the assist to do both ears at once and she didnt even flinch! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Ive gone here for my last few piercings and most all the jewelry I have in and I absolutely love and recommend this place! If I could give 10 stars I would! All the piercers are so nice and very good at explaining and have cleanliness be a top priority. The front desk is amazing too, always so kind and helpful❤️ The jewelry selection is awesome too and the shop itself is so nice, clean and welcoming, while also being decorated so nicely! Fantastic experience: Personal pain tolerance kind of made my 2.5 hour tattoo session breeze through. It stung a bit but as he said, it was more annoying than anything. My artist was Seth; chill, vibey, and informative. If you’re nervous he will talk to you. I paid a total 350 with a 150 deposit. 6 inch tall and 3 inch wide tattoo black and white, forearm. Will be coming back here again and again for a full over time sleeve.

Fantastic experience: I’ve come in for 2 separate occasions over the last 3 months. First was on a whim and I was had the best care/work/etc… from Alanda. She put together the idea I had for the back of my arm and the tattoo came out absolutely perfect. The second occasion had been after doing consultations/design reviews/etc… with Ruslana. I had a vision in my head and she brought it to life. The final forearm work came out absolutely stunning. Would absolutely come back and highly recommend Eternal. Everyone is so friendly and the location is so clean and welcoming.

This is a deeply meaningful and personal piece that she added to an existing tattoo (the green footprints were there already). The completed piece has great color and is combined into a comprehensive tattoo just like I asked for.

Our piercer was Lexi and she was super funny and very comforting for someone who is scared of needles (me). Positive experience: I love going to this place because they do such a good job on taking care of their clients. although i got my belly pierced and i wasn’t told that the stone i picked out would be rubbing against my skin. it was a super cute gem it just wasn’t good for the healing process. i came back in about a week later to get it changed because my skin was just pealing at that point. i had lexi change it for me. she was so sweet and kind and i really loved her energy.

I can’t recommend this place enough—if there were a double-digit star rating out of five — I’d give it. The process start to end was low-pressure but efficient and professional but not in a stiff way. I felt completely comfortable voicing what I did and didn’t want; any tweaks or changes I mentioned were welcomed and encouraged by John. He was relatable, wholesome, funny, and clearly superlatively talented. I don’t ever plan to get a tattoo anywhere else—nothing would be worth going somewhere different. If you’re considering a tattoo shop in Omaha and aren’t from the area, I highly recommend making this your new home spot.

Fantastic experience: I took my son in to get his ears pierced a few days ago. It was the best experience we could have hoped for. Lexi was so sweet and kind. She took her time and explained every step of the process to not only me, but also my 6 year old son. Lexi was beyond amazing and we will be forever grateful for her service. She made sure my son was comfortable with everything going on. She spoke directly to him every single time time, which I loved. We were there for him and she made sure to treat him as the customer. She answered every question I had as well, but I love the way she connected and spoke to my son. Lexi is a perfectionist and amazing at her job! I had contacted them the week before we were coming to Omaha. They responded quickly. Angela was so easy to work with over the phone setting up the appointment. When we arrived Angela was even more amazing in person. Kind and courteous. Shop was the cleanest, nicest I've ever been in. We were set up with Seth. He was one of the best artists we have worked with. Listened to what we wanted and took the time to make sure it was what we were envisioning. Seth was personable and extremely professional. One of our best and favorite tattoo experiences we've ever had. We will make the four hour trip back to have Seth work on us again!!

Being on vacation and randomly landing on such a great artist is lucky. He is talented and personable. Our tattoos were simple this time but he made sure to make it a great experience. I love getting random tattoos, and Seth always has the coolest designs. He’s hilarious, easygoing, and makes every session a great time.
