Negative experience: I regret going to this shop to get a cover-up tattoo for my scar. The owner was very nice to me, but unfortunately, he assigned someone to do my tattoo who wasn't very knowledgeable in doing the craft . My tattoo turned out horrible. I'm disappointed. I paid over $260 in cash because the artist demanded cash for both sides, and my tattoo doesn't look professional at all. I asked to speak to the manager and got no response. I will need to find a professional shop to redo my tattoos. I'm really disappointed. I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Jay was the best. I had a walk in for two small tattoos- a capital M and a 7. I paid $100 and tipped in cash. The wait was a little longer but I understand walk ins can be hit or miss especially if the shop is slammed. The tattoo took 10 minutes give or take. The staff is funny and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Firme Copias.

Fantastic experience: Called at 10pm to see if they would take my sister and me as a walk in. The lady who answered said sure and had me send her the reference picture. Got there 15 mins later and they already had the stencils prepared for us. Edgar was our tattoo artist and did a great job. He made my sisters first tattoo painless and memorable! I would go back to them again.

Fantastic experience: Had visited multiple tattoo shops trying to find someone who can do a cover up and was turn away because nobody wanted to touch it until I found Firme Copias studio Jay was the artist who did my cover up tattoo and did an amazing job. I would be going back to do more work with him, Aida who I was in contact with the whole time making the appointment and helping me was great she got me in and treated me like family and always Fed me while I was there since it was a big job.

She made me feel comfortable the whole time and made sure the piercing I was getting fit my anatomy. She also recommended different piercings I could get. Over time, I have gotten my helix, conch, mid-helix, and flat all with her.

Fantastic experience: I came to get 2 ear piercings (a helix and a flat) for Friday the 13th and Mae was my piercer. Even tho it was packed inside the shop, I didn’t wait long at all. Mae was so incredibly sweet and informative. She was easy to talk to, patient, and asked questions to make sure my experience was as comfortable as possible. I ended up feeling faint after my initial piercing and she immediately guided the person I was with on what to do. Mae made sure I was okay and helped me come back to normal. I was totally embarrassed as I had never fainted from a piercing before but she made me feel comfortable and reassured that it is common. I cannot recommend Mae enough! I will be back to get any future piercings here because of Mae.

Fantastic experience: Firme Copias Tattoo Studio provided a great experience from start to finish. Aida greeted me politely with a warm smile and quickly asked if I was a walk-in. I was impressed by how promptly they inquired about my tattoo idea. Leonardo, aka Spinertop, my tattoo artist, made me feel very comfortable by answering all my questions about his tattooing experience, the equipment, the shop, the materials, and most importantly, his safety and aseptic techniques. Spinertop quickly understood my vision and designed a beautiful tattoo that perfectly represents the importance of blood donation. The only minor setback was that I didn’t get to see the design until my appointment, and I had expected to see it a few days earlier. However, I was extremely pleased with the final design and my overall experience at this shop. The parking is a bit awkward and small, but it's free.

Fantastic experience: Mae was absolutely amazing!!! She made me and my friend feel so comfortable. I got my second lobes and conch done, no complaints at all. I shared with her my past experiences with getting my ears pierced and she helped me find the correct aftercare and I now feel so much more comfortable with my piercings! Will definitely be back!!

Negative experience: Just went to this place with 6 other people, 4 of us wanting small-ish tattoos. The lady, Mae, who greeted us was super kind and patient with us while we tried to decide on what designs we wanted. However, the tattoo artists seemed to only care about the fight on the TV, as they stayed in the back and didn't speak to us. It was not a welcoming environment, and there were some tears that were shed due to unkindness from the artists. We went here because we saw the great reviews, and unfortunately we did not have a good experience whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: My mom took my sister and I to get pierced, and the piercer, Mae, was so sweet. She explained everything very throughly and answered any questions/concerns we had. She definitely knew her stuff. She was patient with my sister when she was unsure and gave her alternative options if she wanted them. My sister and I both left very satisfied with our piercings, so i’ll definitely recommend and be back! :)

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful shop. Aida was exceptionally kind when we had to rebook four times. This is a very family oriented establishment with mom dad son and daughter in law working ❤️ together. The artist was patient with me and put a bit of himself into my tattoo. Very creative. Everyone there was so nice to my granddaughter and me. They made us feel like family. I plan to go there next year (from North Carolina) to Texas to get some more work done. Although 550 seems like a high price for some, the amount of time, incredible work, and overall experience, I feel it was a bargain. I would DEFINATELY recommend seeking out this shop if you are looking for a fantastic experience. Once my tattoo heals I will post the incredible artwork.
