Fantastic experience: I ordered some After Art cream and thought it hadn't been delivered by the courier properly. I contacted Powerhouse tattoos in the weekend and they replied straight away saying they would follow up on Monday. Problem sorted and cream located. They then rang me to let me know what had happened - courier company had left it in a different spot. Blown away with the attention to this problem from PowerHouse Tattoos and the call. Negative experience: Got a tattoo from this place when they were in Palmerston North back in 2015 I started trying to get the tattoo Lazered off the next day. Tattoo is so terribly done and over penitrated that now 8 years later with Lazer once a fortnight still not even enough fade to even cover. Choosing this place is the biggest regret of my life and the worst tattoo I've ever had

Steve's talent definitely shows in the results of his work, from the early days of getting tattoo's from Steve to recently, Steve has proven to me why he is one of the best in the industry. Fiona has always been amazing when it comes to her knowledge and passion for the industry and the customer service both Fiona and Steve have given me is top notch. The shop, from the front door to the tattoo area through to the tattoo removal room is always soo clean and hygienic. Negative experience: Their online shopping for merchandise remains active. Yet they aren't supplying clothes. I have informed them about it. Nothing has been altered.

Negative experience: Paid for a product then haven't been able to contact anyone via email, phone and Facebook as I haven't received a receipt or the order but the money has been paid.

Fantastic experience: Steve and Fiona are the best in the business. Trust in these guys and you will never be disappointed. Love their work, love their attitude, love these guys.
