Fantastic experience: I got a tattoo from Teresa. She's the one I've been wanting to see since my last visit to New Zealand. She does incredible work. It's not just a tattoo, but a whole ritual that imprints on you the very meanings and aspirations you want to instill. I was also lucky with the healing process, although it's different for everyone. If I get more tattoos, I'd fly to the other end of the world for this artist.

Fantastic experience: The whole space gives off super groovy, chill vibes with a playlist that hits just right and an atmosphere that’s both relaxing and welcoming. It feels like you’re walking into a creative sanctuary rather than just a studio. But the real magic? Reishi. Truly an incredible artist. Her line work is clean, her shading is beautiful, and you can tell she truly cares about her craft. She’s incredibly gentle and thoughtful throughout the whole process, checking in often and making sure everything is just right. The final piece exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone who takes your vision and transforms it into something deeply personal and beautiful, Reishi is your person. I can’t recommend her and this studio enough.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We’re both so happy with the line work, Hamish made sure the placement was perfect. Super quick and easy, an awesome reminder of our time in Napier.

Fantastic experience: The studio is clean and everybody in there is friendly and welcoming. You could tell they're having a good time. I've been told what happens when and why, so I felt really safe during the process. Chibis design made me super happy and she took her time with me to get the placement right. The whole time I never felt pressured to do anything I'm not a hundred percent content with. The tattoo is healing really well - it's stunning and a beautiful peace of art. A huge range of flash designs for singular artists and a studio flash booklet too. My sister and I had a great experience and really enjoyed the tattoos we received from Lindsay, and their apprentice is so welcoming and makes the whole time spent there even more enjoyable

My friend and I sent rough ideas of designs the night before and she got us booked in and a custom piece drawn up in less than 24 hours. The tattoo is stunning and the studio has a lovely vibe. I was there for about 2 and a half hours and the entire experience was fantastic, I would definitely go back here to see Rylee for another piece!

Fantastic experience: Flynn was great. This was my first Eva tat and I vowed no more but Flynn was so gentle and caring that I relaxed and enjoyed the time. I vowed not to get another one but I was impressed with his so might get another one but with color. I will get Flynn anytime and he can use me as his canvas.

Fantastic experience: Danka is the best! I am super happy with my permanent make up eyebrows. They came out great and look very natural. Danka even redid my small fine line tattoo (which had faded) for free! I would 100% recommend Danka and Blue Lagoon tattoo studio :)
