Fantastic experience: I’ve been here for many’s of tattoos and always treated very well,and everyone is very kind and friendly ,also the best tattoo artist also , I’ve had scars covered up and I recommend going here !! Fantastic experience: Our whole experience from going in a few months ago to make multiple appointments, sending designs and having our tattoos was fantastic.

Negative experience: Ear piercer incredibly unprofessional. Broke my earrings in half when attempting to put them in my ear lobes. Didn’t offer to pay to repair them or even apologise and had the audacity to charge me for new earrings at full price with an insertion fee.

Fantastic experience: Felt the need to pop on and give a review, went in for a tattoo yesterday had an idea of what I wanted on my arm, from wrist to just below the elbow. Conor was doing my tattoo, I had a bad tattoo on my hand that I got in another place last year and Conor then told me he could incorporate the new tattoo design and fix the bad tattoo. To say Im absolutely delighted with the results would be an understatement. His idea was fantastic and his work is by far the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone else was also so friendly, nice atmosphere in the shop. Highly recommend to anyone no matter what your after.

Fantastic experience: Got my first tattoo yesterday from Star Trek and I’m delighted with how it turned out. Connor was the artist who happened to do it and he did an amazing job. Everyone in there that I met are brilliant and down to earth

Negative experience: Can't speak for the tattoo artists, but my experience with the piercer was not good. The piercer seemed very inexperienced. I picked out jewellery that I wanted to use, and only after doing the piercing and putting the jewellery in he noticed that the bar was too short. He proceeded to tell me over and over that I could have this jewellery put in in a few weeks but for now I would need one with a longer bar. He should have known before using the jewellery that the bar would have be too short, not after. He had to take out the jewellery which was extremely painful, and repierce it with the new jewellery. He also marked out my piercing and was about to pierce it without even asking me if I was okay with the placement, I had to remind him myself. I wasn't given any information regarding after care or asked if I would have liked to purchase some after care solution when I was leaving. Overall situation was rough, and I didn't feel like I was in safe hands. If you can find another place to get your piercings, I would.

Negative experience: Went to get a piercing in the tattoo room recently found the receptionist very rude and came across like he did not want to be there. The piercer was questioning everything before doing it felt like he was very nervous and unsure of each step. He made me feel anxious. He also marked where the piercing was going to be and didn't ask me if it was okay i had to ask to see the placement and it took a few times to get the placement right. I only have the piercing in a few days and it fell out which is a complete disappointment. I have piercings i know how to take care of them and to be careful with them. Even before we left i paid in cash they shop didn't have change and another customer had to give me change which is not professional of the shop. I normally don't go out of my way to be negative but that whole experience was a let down!

Fantastic experience: Great experience, did a very small first tattoo, great bunch of lads, everyone very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the vibe and the place, everything super clean everything super professional. Very recommended.

Negative experience: No follow up, I was advised I might need to get the outline done again if so there would be no charge, I went in after a month having made an appointment only to be told the tattoo artist who had done it for me had left. If I wanted it done I would have to pay for it again. No phone call to cancel the appointment and update and then having to pay again. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and chatty from start to finish. Great bunch of guys Conor worked on my breast cancer ribbon tattoo, improving an amateurs work. Also had a mental health awareness ribbon tattoo merging into a J. Understood my designs and created a lovely tattoo that I was happy with.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very nice! Did recently my piercing! Been wanting it for ages! The guy who did it was super relaxing I don’t know why but super relaxing! He kept talking to me to keep my mind off and I’ve been popping in and out for checking my nose due getting infection years ago from piercing! Which I think is very sweet and takes off the stress! The staff itself are nice and explained me before months ago how and what is what! I mean every customer is in good hands feeling safe and relaxed there x Also if have some issue can contact through instagram or phone and you will always gonna get an answer ❤️

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with The Tattoo Room. I had long been a fan of Anto's work before even meeting him. I know several people with tattoos done by him and his colouring is exceptional. Which is why I came here. Anto (and all the staff) is very friendly and personable. But his professionalism really shines through. I was very impressed with just how meticulous he is and as a result I absolutely adore my tattoo. I'll definitely be coming back for any future tattoos and I always recommend The Tattoo Room now.

Fantastic experience: Went here for my first tattoo and a nose re-piercing. The tattoo artist Jamie (not there anymore) made me feel at ease despite my nerves. The piercer Niall is great craic and will tell you everything you need to know. The reception staff are always dead on. One quip is that it's cash only but that doesn't take away from the service and clean studio. Very talented people here and I'm looking forward to more tattoos in future. Highly reccommend.

Fantastic experience: I went there to have my nose pierced and I got my appointment very quickly. The staff is super nice and makes you feel very comfortable, the place is spotless, and the prices are reasonable I would come back for sure.
