Fantastic experience: 100% recommend John absolutely lovely man so easy to talk to and an amazing tattoo artist , today I got a piece done for my dad who passed away ) weeks ago I sent him a couple of photos and when went in to get my tattoo he had it exactly as I was going to explain how to do it I was shocked so happy , so easy to talk to and have a laugh while getting tattoo’d thank you John and I will see you soon for the next one

Negative experience: Got a large tattoo done with John about 3 years ago. The shading and lines are very assymetrical. I went for 4 or 5 sessions because I thought it would get better, so that's on me. I should have spoke up more, but I thought he was the artist so he'd know what he was doing it took me a while to notice the mistake lines, the thickness of lines being inconsistent and the shading not matching with the wings. The shading in the navel region is just odd too he's a sound guy too so didn't think I'd get effed over. A good 2000 euro down the drain unfortunately:/ Going to have to get it covered or lasered, either way it's a painful and expensive mistake. Be careful.

Positive experience: One of the nicest guys in the tattoo business. Very informative information before and after the tattoo. The place has a eclectic and unorthodox design with lots of posters, collectables and nic-nacs that makes for an entertaining and interesting visit. There is plenty to look at and chat about while your there anyway. Ive had a couple of tattoos in here and would reccomend. I had a 20 year old terrible tattoo and it was covered up expertly. You wouldn't even realise what was originally there.
