Fantastic experience: Asia did a great job on my eyebrow nose and belly button piercing she was so nice and welcoming and ruairi did my laser removal service on one of my tattoos and he pierced my ears today he was so nice very professional and made you feel so comfortable i truly reccomend going here if you want someting done! thank you guys!!

Fantastic experience: Ich kann das Studio nur empfehlen. Termin im voraus über den Facebook Messenger gebucht und 2 traumhaft schöne Tattoos mit nach Hause genommen. Leider weiß ich den Namen der netten Dame, die uns tätowiert hat, nicht, aber sie hat es echt toll gemacht. Für meine Tochter war es das 1. Tattoo und die nette Dame hat sie total lieb beruhigt. Würde mir hier auf jeden Fall ein weiteres Tattoo machen lassen. Das Studio arbeitet sehr sauber und hygienisch.

Negative experience: I previously gave this place a good review, I understand that tattoo artists are artists but they are also business people and waiting a week for a reply to my message is not what I would consider good business practice. Especially with the thousands of € I spent there. I don't expect special treatment but I do expect professionalism. I won't be going there again I have been getting inked since 1992 and I've been tattooed all over the world. The least I expect is courtesy and professionalism. I just received a message from Martin the owner of Iron Tusk. While I have no issue with the quality of his work or with the work of Amy, the piercer, my review reflects my opinion about the length of time for him to reply to me. I appreciate that you are a small business but I have also had my own business and imho when you operate a business you are never off duty. Having received a message from Martin we just have different ideas of what is correct business practice. And I appreciate you did treat me with respect I also treated you with respect in so far as to offer my years of experience to you Amy, not that Martin needed any input from me. As discussed with Martin we will have to agree to disagree. Anyway I hope to leave Ennis asap so it doesn't really mattet

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer of Iron Tusk for over 2 years now, and have had only great experiences. The artists are very professional and always treat me kindly. I never leave without having a good laugh. I love my tattoos and the designs Iron Tusk produces. I will definitely be back for tattoo number 3 soon!

Negative experience: Bardzo nieprofesjonalne i olewcze podejście do klienta. Zero informacji o odwołanej wizycie dla dwóch osób. Po wzięciu urlopu okazało się o godzinie 21 dzień przed umówionym spotkaniem że jest odwołane z powodów prywatnych. Mało tego gdybyśmy nie napisali wiadomości z potwierdzeniem godziny pewnie nie wiedzielibyśmy o odwołaniu wizyty. Po przekazaniu informacji kontakt się urwał osoba z która się kontaktowaliśmy przestała odpisywac na wiadomości. Bardzo słabe!!! Ale cóż może po prostu mieli lepszych klientów. Kto wie!

I was treated with such warm kindness and professionalism and I have returned three more times with a new booking coming up soon. The studio is very comfortable and has a relaxing atmosphere and a high standard of hygiene. Each time I was delighted with my tattoos and fall more in love with them as time passes. I was given good aftercare advice and so my tattoos healed quickly. I am normally a shy person in new situations but at Iron Tusk Martin and Amy made feel like a friend they had known for years. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone thinking about getting their first tattoo or who may be looking for a new tattooist.

Fantastic experience: Been in for 2 tattoos in the last month off Amy, she designed exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job very professional atmosphere in the shop but also the best craic throughout the process wouldn't go anywhere else she was very patient with follow up questions and design changes when wanted them.

Negative experience: I got a voucher for my birthday and after one conversation with this company they stopped responding. Over two months and nothing... Maybe if you book your tattoo session it will work better but voucher is prepaid isn't it? No need to take care of the customer.

Fantastic experience: Went in for help on a piercing I got in another shop (the piercer had used the wrong size bar for tragus) the staff were so helpful and replaced the bar with the suitable one with no issue and great advice. Fantastic experience: Iron Tusk is the place to go for tattoos and piercings. Have had a few pieces done by Martin and I love every single one, he is very talented. Have had a helix and conch pierced by Amy, she took her time in making sure each one was perfectly marked up before piercing, very professional and I can't wait to get more!

Negative experience: Booked my tattoo and got told twice that they mixed it up. The second time it happened I just got my deposit thrown back at me and saying I have to go book it again. Keep in mind I have already been waiting a month and a half due to the first cancelation.
