Fantastic experience: The brilliant service and a wonderful experience. My previous tattoo was done more than 10 years ago and since then both I moved places and my tattoo master moved abroad. So when I finally got an idea for a new tattoo, I didn't have a clue whom to approach and frankly - even how I should approach the tattoo master. I had a tattoo draft created with the help of AI and was not even sure it can be replicated as a real tattoo. My wife showed me works of Roman Oleyinik and when I send him a message over Instagram, his responses were swift, informative and reassuring. He answered all the questions and provided all the required information, including the approximate length of the required session and the potential price range. In less than a few hours of messaging all the preliminary details were set and agreed upon. On the day of the session I had such a wonderful experience with all the artist and staff in the studio being friendly, polite and genuinely welcoming. Roman done a terrific job, constantly checking with me how I feel about the pain and responding to all my questions and even some minor adjustments about the tattoo. Despite him reassuring me earlier that the draft I showed him can be done, I was still worried if the actual tattoo will look as good as I and AI imagined it, but just after first few hours I could see that I'm in the hand of real master of his art, and the final result only proved it. I got an amazing tattoo, I had a wonderful day and I had a great privilege to observe through the day people who are visibly in love with what they do.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best tattoo experience i’ve had. the attention to detail is amazing and the people there are so so lovely and understanding about my disability (severe chronic pain.) they care about their work more than any other place i’ve been to and take the time to explain everything perfectly unlike other places. they fixed a old badly done tattoo of mine and took all of the steps to ensure that i was happy and that the tattoo was genuinely what i wanted, not something “close enough”

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Craft Tattoo Maidstone for a very special piece, and I can’t thank Roman and Kasia enough for the incredible experience from start to finish. From my very first enquiry, Kasia was so kind, helpful, and attentive. She guided me through the process with patience and warmth, making everything feel effortless and stress-free – even for someone like me who hadn’t had a tattoo in over 25 years! I asked for a poppy tattoo as a remembrance piece for all the loved ones we’ve lost. It’s a meaningful symbol for me, and also happens to be my Mum’s birth flower — which gives it an added layer of personal significance (thankfully not as a remembrance piece, as I’m lucky to still have her). Roman is simply amazing at what he does. I know this design was smaller than what he usually works on, but he still gave it 100% and made sure it was absolutely perfect. Getting a visible tattoo on my forearm felt like a big risk, but I trusted Roman — and I’m so glad I did. His skill and care are second to none. Not only would I go back, but seeing what he’s capable of makes me want more (though I might need to mentally prepare for another 3.5 hours of pain!). The studio itself is immaculate, welcoming, and has such a relaxed atmosphere. It really made the whole day feel special. Thank you again Roman for your artistry, and Kasia for your constant support throughout. You both made the experience unforgettable.

Fantastic experience: In the process of a rather large cover up, roman is a phenomenal artist and has done an amazing job, and i look forward to seeing my tattoo finished. So greatful, I cannot thankyou enough! He talked me through each step, and made sure I was happy and comfortable. It was also nice just having my headphones on the whole time. Staff are kind, welcoming, and paitent, made sure i was okay throughout the whole process, from start to finish. Shop was clean and comfortable aswell. Ill definitely keep coming back for more.

Fantastic experience: I went here for my first tattoo at the age of 41. I saw quite a few listed in Maidstone so I emailed a few of the tattoo shops and Craft Tattoo was the only one to get back to me, they replied promptly to every message thereafter and I booked with them. My tattoo is my Grandmas handwriting and I had it on my wrist so I can see it all the time. I knew I would love the tattoo but I never realised quite how much. I am most definitely going to be going back for more tattoos and I’d like to maybe add a design and her dates of birth/ death to the tattoo I got too. When I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady, she was smiley, friendly, and just put me at ease straight away. She answered all my questions and got me to fill in a form. I don’t know her name, but she guided me through the whole thing from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier. I really wanted my son to come in with me, but the lady explained they have to be 18 to come along with me and watch, that was a shame, but I was in very good hands. One of the things I worried about is having to make small talk during the tattoo, like you do in a hairdressers or something (I hate hairdressers for that reason !!) but I didn’t have to. If I spoke then my tattoo artist replied, he was very friendly, he explained everything and made me feel at ease, but he allowed me to just sit in the moment, which is exactly what I needed whilst having my late Grandma’s handwriting tattooed onto me because it was quite emotional. The aftercare was amazing too, I was told exactly what to do, but also given a leaflet to remind me which was great as I didn’t remember everything I was told the first time. I bought the tattoo healing cream from them and have followed their advice the whole way through and my tattoo looks just perfect. I’d like to thank everyone who works at Craft Tattoos and I would absolutely recommend them over and over again. In fact I’ll be making sure this review is listed on multiple places too. Fantastic experience: I had a sleeve tattoo that was done in a bright bio mech design that I hated and thought my only option would be to black it out. After speaking with a few different people I found Roman on instagram and craft Tattoo. Roman was realistic with what could be done and it gave me confidence along with his portfolio that he would do a good job of covering the old tattoo and he absolutely has. I LOVE my new tattoo, it’s a work of art. The team over the time I’ve been going for my sessions have become like friends, they’re so nice and friendly that I look forward to my sessions and just being around such a cool group of people. Fantastic experience: When you've never had a Tattoo before, and not many of your friends have Tattoos, finding the right place and the right artist is an art in itself, I looked to Google for reviews which lead to Craft Tattoo Maidstone. I contacted them via email firstly to scope everything out, Kate was wonderful to deal with and quick with the response. Laura was the recommended artist for what I wanted doing, which was a Raptor skeleton and Paw print with text. The consultation beforehand was clear and thorough, and a date set there and then. I had both done in one 6 hour sitting, and I'm over the moon with the results. Massive thanks for your professionalism and ideas, looking after me so well, and the final result I will 100% be back as I've 3 more scars I would love covered. I may also be bringing others, surprising how many want their's redone or are thinking of getting the 1st. Thanks again 4 months on, and I've been applying the balm they recommended, following the instructions and no scabbing at all, no flaking, the ink looks crisp and exactly the same as the day I had it done. Exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the skill and artwork was by far beyond what I could have hoped for. Managed to make the two old (and a bit rubbish) existing ones look amazing with the new one! The pic attached was taken one hour after so it's a bit red and a tiny bit sore but will be black once it's settled. Absolutely amazing work, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great service, made to feel comfortable and welcome from the minute I arrived! Great to put you at ease if first time visitor to have a tattoo. The artist took his time to get the design set right, talk me though his thoughts and discuss collectively. I had pretty much a 6 hour half sleeve carried out and the time just flew. Regular breaks for us both helped and the premises are very clean and spacious I would highly recommend and will be returning for another half sleeve soon Many thanks for an overall great experience and see you again!

Fantastic experience: Booked a last minute visit via socail media. Was very responsive and offered me easy way to book and pay. The staff were very friendly, studio was fresh and clean. The tattoo artist did a fantastic job. Captured what i wanted excellently and the result was perfect. He was very gentle! I had my calve and ring finger worked on. Costs are pretty good given the quality and the freebies at the end are a nice touch. Defo be booking in for some more work!

Front desk team make you feel welcome and comfortable and the actual tattoos are amazing. I cannot rate this studio anymore. Fantastic experience: This was my second tattoo, and it was a half sleeve. Big job which needed a highly qualified artist to get it done. I’ve been following craft Maidstone since about a month before they opened, and all there designs on Instagram looked absolutely amazing! However like we all can be, the hour leading up to my appointment I was very nervous, would the tattoo look ok? Would I be comfortable? These are all questions I was asking myself. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome that instantly sent my anxiety’s down a few pegs. The team that I met were so genuine and easy to make conversation with, as well as made you feel right at home by offering something to drink right off the bat! Being introduced to my artist for my 9 hour all day session was nothing short of politeness and professionalism and him showing me his design on the ideas I had given were truly outstanding. He really took my ideas and created it in to his own design which instantly made me connect with the piece more. Over the course of the 9 hour session, it was fun and laughter as well as quality ink. With the team coming in to check up on the piece while making sure to offer drinks and even breaks at anytime if need be. They even carried on up to 3 and a half hours after closing just to get my half sleeve done in one sitting as I had asked. Truly went out of there way to deliver on what was requested! The conversations we had while my work was being done truly took away some of the pain and by an hour in, all my anxiety’s were gone, and I had complete and utter faith and trust in my tattooist and the hospitality that was shown. This is truly a place for some top quality ink, whether it’s your first time or you 20th. They manage to cater for all types of people to make everyone feel safe and comfortable while getting inked. 5 stars 100% from me, and can’t wait to get back in there to get this sleeve finished! - Dylan

I was not disappointed with the end result. Alex did a great job of my hand tattoo and when I had a touch up it looked even better. Really professional and talented team here.
