Fantastic experience: Went to Rings and Needles for my 2nd tattoo. I was quite nervous and intimidated but as soon as I sat down, all nerves left. I don’t know the name of the guy who tattooed me unfortunately, I wish I did so I could give him a shout out. Brilliant tattooist, put me at ease, helped me find the perfect tattoo for me. Gave me all the time in the world and chatted to me throughout having my tattoo done to put me at ease. Such a nice guy, great experience and even better tattoo! I’m so happy with it. I think he was the owner? Thank you very much for my giraffe/spirit line tattoo :)

Evie gave my two friends their first piercings, and was an absolute gem: she was super lovely, explained everything thoroughly, and the piercings were absolutely perfect. The shop itself was clean, professional and stylish, and both sets were done within 15 mins of entering the shop. We will definitely be returning, thank you !! :)

Fantastic experience: Went to rings and needles today to get my daughter’s eyebrow pierced. We walked in and were seen straight away. Evie was great with my daughter who was a little nervous. She explained everything so well and put us both at ease. She was super quick and did a great job. Great aftercare advice too. See you in 6 weeks when the bar needs changing

Negative experience: I went for a belly piercing in September and now it has rejected because it was pierced incorrectly

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I both wanted piercings, so without an appointment we both turned up at the studio. They were busy but told us they would text us about half an hour later when ready, this was good as we didn't have to hang around so we went off to do some shopping. They contacted us by phone when they were ready for us and then we went back. Both my daughter and I are pleased my daughter had top of ear pierced and I had my nose pierced. Staff were friendly and made us feel at ease. I would highly recommend this studio for its professionalism and also the service which was carried out which I feel was very reasonably priced! Thank you once again

Fantastic experience: The app queue system was great (make sure to look on their Facebook/Instagram pages first so you know what to do) and Holly made the whole piercing process easy and efficient! Will definitely be back soon.

Negative experience: Was ignored at the front door for 10 mins. Someone finally answered and told us to book a piercing, we need to scan a qr code, download an app, add all details, register, join the queue, bla bla bla. QR code wouldnt scan, process soooo long, knocked on the door again to explain, maybe book an appointment the normal way, no answer, gave up. Lost business, poor experience, went elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I had my first tattoo here with Josh, and as fussy as I was he was patient and really made me feel at ease. The tattoo could not have come out more perfect! Definitely a customer for life.

Negative experience: Went to get my belly button pierced ended up with my actual belly surface pierced not the navel area. She also put a bar that was not suitable for my anatomy which cause so much discomfort and my skin peeling. My only after care I got was use salt water. I’m so upset as I now either have to keep the wrong sort of piercing and pain or end up with horrible scaring if I remove it!

Fantastic experience: It was my very first time having any piercing, I was shaking she make sure I was okay before doing the piercing, after she did my first ear made sure I was okay and if In was ready for my other ear. After doing both ears made sure I was okay before staying she mention I could buy the solution to clean or making my own. Over all good service would recommend.

Negative experience: Piercer refused to do my girlfriend's daith, said it was too small? What utter rubbish! She managed to get it pierced 2 days later at another parlour, with no problems whatsoever! This person at Rings and Needles appears clueless, lacked the necessary skills and far from inspired us with confidence! I would not recommend you get pierced here!

Negative experience: NOT impressed!! Piercer didn’t steralise the earrings, didn’t give me a waiver and didn’t give me any aftercare advice. I have had piercings in similar locations before & never bled but after these piercings my ears were dripping blood. The piercer was extremely uncharismatic and had nothing to say about the bleeding, even though she looked concerned. Needle was stabbed through my ear aggressively without the use of a clamp and without warning. Will never be coming back!! Wish I had changed my mind as soon as I noticed the poor sterilisation.
