Fantastic experience: I went to see Katie today to get ear piercings and she was the kindest person ever! She walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment.

Negative experience: I got a nose piercing from LoveCraft and received excellent service; however, the follow up/ aftercare was an absolute zero. No responses from messages (unless « several weeks later » counts?), emails or phone calls. They get their money and send us on our way without any follow up whatsoever, good luck getting ahold of them with any questions or concerns about your service. I think it’s important that when a person gets a tattoo ornpiercibg, we get follow up service as well, to make sure things are healing properly and handle any concerns the client may have. It’s not just the procedure itself that counts.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience getting a septum done! My piercer was Katie, such a lovely person. Very informful and I felt right at home. Talked to me the entire time about some cool interests. I had zero gitters and I 100% recommend going! They also do tattoos, I flipped through a well put together book of art done by Samantha. All in all *Chef's kiss* thank you Katie you are awesome!

She thoroughly explained every part of the process leading up to piercing, aftercare, and has a wide array of jewelery options - including Junipurr. Her space is super clean and inviting, and she makes you feel absolutely at ease before, during, and after the piercing. I can't wait to curate my ears with Katie!

Negative experience: 千万别去 我一共十个纹身 一年前在他们家纹了三个两个增生了 另一个有的地方深有的地方浅 我要找别的纹身师重新覆盖 纹的超级烂而且根本不会设计 不知道怎么开店的 先去把笔画弄明白吧别来祸害人了 I’ve gotten 10 tats and been to four different tattoo shops, this place is the worst of all. The tattoo artist had no idea or control of how deep the needle should go in and apparently doesn’t even realize how shaky his lines are. I got 3 tats done from them, two of them just raise from time to time and the other one needs a complete cover up. Ashamed to show em to ppl, think twice before getting an appt w them.

Fantastic experience: I went to Lovecraft yesterday and had Sam as my artist. She was amazing. Sam is very personable and listened to exactly what i wanted. I had a memorial tattoo done so it meant a lot to me to get it right, and Sam did just that. While there i also met Matt, he seems very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I am excited to come back for some more ink!

My first piercing ever was very traumatic and she made that change for me to finally enjoy piercings again. So thank you Amanda at Lovecraft for that. Negative experience: By the reviews, I feel like I missed out on some wonderful service! My appointment was scheduled to be mid-November 2022. However, some unfortunate event happened, and the piercer had to cancel and said they would reach out within a week or so to reschedule my appointment. A week goes by, and I figure I might as well reach out to the piercer about rescheduling.Two weeks later, and I haven't had a reply. I send another message. Still no reply. I feel bad, and I sincerely hope they're doing okay! However, it's been more than a month without a reply? Giving 1 star because the booking system is pretty neat and convenient. Besides that, I can't say. C. EDIT: It is now January. Still no reply, and I decided to go to my usual piercer. Had I known the lack of response from Amanda, I would've gone to my usual professional first, especially since it turned out to cost half of Lovecraft's asking price. Greatly disappointed in this business given their good reputation, but my wallet and fresh piercings are happy now at least.

Fantastic experience: Got my septum pierced by Amanda in February and she was FANTASTIC! This was my first piercing and she was jovial, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. It was worth the wait, since I had booked about a month prior. I would rate this place 4.5 stars but ONLY BECAUSE I was in the waiting room for about half an hour before I got to meet Amanda, and the jewelry she gave me seems to have messed up thread on one side (I got a circular barbell). I lost two balls, fortunately I found the second one and superglued it to the jewelry (probably not supposed to do that but I haven't had a problem since). I would 100% go again to get other piercings done by her. She is AWESOME!!!
