Negative experience: Purchased a $500 tattoo voucher for my wife. Due to personal reasons we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the voucher & it expired. After contacting the shop to explain our situation they didn't want to hear it & stated that the voucher has expired so the money is lost. We were willing to spend over double the voucher. Even if they honored half the value of the voucher it would of been a great compromise but they were not willing to meet us halfway.

Fantastic experience: Wayne is awesome and is a great artist. After being messed up by another artist somewhere else I came to Wayne and he done me right. Come here if you want quality and not a half arsed job.

Fantastic experience: For my 60th Birthday Wayne gave me the best red rose tattoo just above my right ankle. Yesterday for my 80th Birthday he put a blue rose on my right upper arm. Wayne you are “the Best!” I love, love, love my tattoo

Fantastic experience: First visit to Soul Expression barber in Thirroul yesterday. Usually I barber-hop, going to the barber who has no one waiting. The problem is that you end up with haircuts that are occasionally good but more often than not are very average. What impressed me about the barber at Soul Expression is that he actually listened to what I said – I have been amazed how many barbers appear to listen to you but give you their signature cut even though you didn’t want it – and understood my very basic description of what I wanted – I was trying something different from what I usually have. The end result was much better than what I had hoped for/ imagined it would be given my description of what I wanted. Probably the best haircut I have had in a long, long time. An excellent cut from a barber who definitely knows his trade, in a pleasant environment, and at a reasonable price. What else could you ask for? Even after only one cut, I think my days of barber-hopping are over. Not one who likes to wait around but I’d be happy to wait for such a great haircut. 5 Stars!

After contacting multiple tattoo studio's and not one of them were willing to do my past Grandmother's lighthouse painting as close to the original as possible and they all wanted to add their own design to it. Negative experience: I went here with a friend and we didnt recieve a very friendly attitude. I needed a coverup and my friend wanted a tattoo near an existing. We left feeling like they didnt really want to do the work for us as he told us to get our current work lasered off. We found a good tattooist elsewhere that done the work and done an amazing job. I wont return to this business

Broc was outstanding listened in depth as to what i wanted and showed me his artistic vision for the tattoo. Left me beyond satisfied and stoked with the result. Plus his after care knowledge, helped heal it quick. Also getting to chat and meet with the owner Wayne whilst he visited on his day off, left a real personal touch to my visit. Such a rad shop and killer vibe in store. Will travel from Sydney again and again, not to mention to calibre of the other artists in every chair!
