They sent me to Rhee’s page, I had a consultation and I wasn’t sure on exactly what I wanted but Rhee was so patient with me and came up with different designs. I loved the finished results and she did such a great job. Definitely recommend Tattoo Territory, definitely Rhee if you want a good job done on fine line. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a wonderful experience with Rach She took the time to listen and work with me on what I wanted (Fine line, letting & numbering). I appreciated how relaxed she made me feel. The studio is open, so I could see two other artists completing tattoos on other clients. Rach gave me great instructions about after-care and ensured I loved my service. Clean studio with toilet, parking and great customer service.

Love the stencils AND the freehand, did my own research before getting tatted so I knew what to expect (it peeled lol). 10/10 vibes, and very friendly informative receptionist Faye. Would be recommend to anyone, especially for first tattoo.

Negative experience: I went here for my first tattoo and had no idea on the process. My tattoo was done free hand and he didn’t explain the other options such as stencilling, just kind of went with his preference. The design looked nothing like my preferred tattoo and when asking him to make it look a certain way, it was almost as though he got offended and annoyed. I received a quote of $900 over the phone for two tattoos and had to pay $500 for a forearm free hand tattoo that was dodgy and rushed. I also had to pay two lots of deposits, as I missed the first appointment due to receptionist not being clear with the dates so all up my little forearm freehand tattoo cost me $1,200. He also did not explain the after care process and what is expected of the peeling of the skin etc. I felt as though his work was very rushed and he appeared very tired. Now I have a dodgy freehand piece of art on my skin forever.

Negative experience: Honestly the work they do here is exceptional I’ve had a few tattoos here but this service will leave me never coming back or recommending anyone here. I had booked a tattoo and was told I had to pay a $100 deposit to secure my booking. Not a drama. My car was stolen three days before my tattoo and I let them know that same day I would have to cancel as I’m looking at a $800 excess for insurance. Instead of a “I am so sorry that happened to you” I get a if you cancel you will loose your booking fee unless you reschedule” I work shift work so rescheduling for a date in September does not work for me, but can not keep it on my account either? But we, especially businesses have been hit so hard with crime in the NT, some support for one another and compassion goes a long way. Really disappointing from the tattoo territory crew.

Negative experience: Wife just rang this shop asked if they could do one of the flash tattoos just not the bottom piece of the tattoo shes not asking for anymore work litterly asking just not do a bottem piece of it. Receptionist said point of flash is you can’t change it. Zero accomodation to her request. Point of a tattoo is to go on her body and if requests a simple change I can’t see how that would be problem sorry guys if that’s how you want to operate I won’t use your store or recommend you guys to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I got my tattoo done here & could not be more happier with the end result. Phil, my artist was incredibly understanding at what I wanted and did an excellent job. The detail, the colourwork and even the outline of my tatt is exactly the same to the design that I went in with. Simply amazing!! Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a Tatt in Darwin!! (Do book in advance though as it's really hard getting a date as they are super booked which just shows how awesome they are at what they do)

Fantastic experience: After holidaying in Darwin for a week, a friend and I decided to get our first tatts. We popped into Tatto Territory (without booking) and were able to lock in a time later in the day. We came back and got our tatts with no fuss. I just wanted to make it known how awesome all the staff were. The jokes, the friendliness, the banter. Made our experience so great (even got a pic on the tattoo virgin wall). And in particular I wanted to give a big shout out to Court for being such a legend - she knows why, and Mailey for the awesome tatt. If anyone is thinking of getting a tattoo, go here! I might even travel back from Vic just to get one. Covid free of course. Cheers.

The studio is bright and clean and a great deal of importance is placed on sterile equipment and consent. I'm thrilled with the result and would highly recommend this studio.

Not only are the team amazing with their care and customer service but the quality of their work is outstanding-no other studio in Darwin can compete. Their studio is immaculate and their professionalism and final product will leave you wanting more. Unlike other studios they are more than reasonably priced and my tattoo that I had there 6 months ago is as good as the day I got it-I can’t wait to get my next. I’ve recommended five people to tattoo territory and all five were equally impressed with their work. So do yourself a favour and look no where else. Thanks so much to the team, you’re all awesome! Negative experience: HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MOST EXPANSIVE TATTOO SHOP IN TOWN (170$/hr, the one in the CBD is a way more organized, professional and cheaper), NOT RELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IS IT ENOUGH? The first time I walked in the Tattoo Studio I was happily determined to have my tattoo done. But I am not the kind of guy who pick a random tattoo from the tattoo book. I need to have my personal design done because all my tattoos have a meaning.. The first time I asked an aboriginal snake, I have been told "sure, come back in 5 days to see the sketch". I came back and the snake was FAR away to be aboriginal, nothing at all was aboriginal art and to avoid issues I provided an example of "Snake in aboriginal art". The lady at the front desk, upset for my disappointment told me "LOOK, WE ARE WORKING FOR FREE FOR YOUR SKETCH". I thought that was the craziest thing ever, it's like you enter in a shoes shop and a shop assistant tell you "why do you wanna try the shoes? I AM WORKING FOR FREE FOR YOU!". I got a little disappointed by the objection and with a smile I said "I can't have done a tattoo that I have never asked for.. no worries, if you don't want to do the draw for me, it's ok, don't feel obliged". At that point she said "no it's ok, probably there was some misunderstanding in the first place, come back in one week, saturday, to see the new design". I came back after one week and she looked at me "where you supposed to come back in just one week?" I said yes. The tattoo artist answer "maybe I will do it tomorrow". I said "maybe?". She answer again "look we are working for free for you!". At that point I said "is not for free.. obviously I need to see my tattoo before to have it done, anyhow, thanks so much, I don't want you to work for free for me". She said "Goodbye". THIS WAS THE STORY, THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A SHOP, SPECIALLY IN A TATTOO SHOP, WHERE I USUALLY FIND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE THAT WANT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY BECAUSE THE TATTOO IS PERMANENT AND THEY KNOW IT. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME (2 weeks of waiting).

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and excellent work! I can not thank Sandy and her team enough. I'm so happy with the outcome of my tattoo (thank you Gat) but most of all I had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile and a warm hello. If you have any concerns or questions Sandy helps alleviate them and answers all questions with patience and understanding. The studio is really well presented and extremely clean. It's a definite 5 stars from me!
